If you're looking for a bar, like I was, look no further! This the one! I stocked the cabinets with white dishes for decor (I don't really use) and lots of glassware (I use daily). Haven't had the need to use the extension yet but that's the feature that won me over! No need weighing down the kitchen cabinets, save that space for something else! Buy the bar LOL

Exactly what I was looking for. Sturdy product and easy to assemble. Looks great. The extended top allows me to add stools if needed. I would definitely recommend this product. Worth every penny.

The unit itself is lovely and exactly what we needed for our space. I would’l have given it five stars except for putting the unit together was very difficult. My husband is in maintenance and has the vast experience in putting things together, but it took the two of us about six hours. The legs did not come with the rest of the packaging and so we had to delay finishing it until they showed up about five days later. I was just about to contact the company to find out where the legs were when they finally got delivered. The directions were very unclear and we had to redo several parts. It was an extremely frustrating process. So frustrating that we agreed to never order a piece of furniture that we had to put together ourselves again. We considered taking it back to Home Depot just because of the frustration in putting it together. However, I am happy that we decided to keep it.

Pass this one by!!

I have purchase alot of things from Overstock, but this one is close to the worst (table and chairs were the worst) It is an absolute beast to put together, and the drawer is literally glued, and fell apart while screwing on the sides, I think we can fix it though, because I'm not trying to send this back to have to try to put another together! Never again! Don't purchase! not well made, and to difficult to put together!

Beautiful affordable and functional quality piece.

Great value for the price, high in quality- sturdy, functional, and nice to look at. Holds several full sets of glassware. The perfect addition to our dining area. We love it!

I absolutely love this. The only one I could find that you did not have to access from behind. I wanted it to sit flush against the wall. the slide outs make it convenient for people sitting there or not. I also bought some floating shelves for above it.

Mixing in Style

Assembly was a bit of a bear but once that was done this cabinet has met the need for which it was purchased. Plenty of space for all of the mixology gear and glasses. Nice wine storage too. The sliding top expands your work area when needed. And a great accent piece as well.

I say yes to the recommendation because once put together, it is serving my needs to my expectation. However, I give it a 3 star rating because the part of the assembly when you are instructed to install the back piece, is cumbersome and exceptionally poor design. There is nothing that keeps the back fastened together, and it only works after you put the end pieces on, but since there are 6 pieces that comprise the back, I had to "redesign" the way it is put together. This was very frustrating and added over an hour of assembly time in order to eventually get the finished product. Manufacturer should be alerted to this serious flaw.

The Lafayette met all of my expectations. It is a very practical side table that I use to support my stereo and all of my alcohol. This unit allowed me to free up other spaces that I was using to store stuff. the color is perfect and extendable sleeves give more space to spread stuff out. The back of the table is a little tricky to assemble alone. Using another person to assist with assembling the back will allow a smooth and quick assembly. I love it

Nice piece but a nightmare to put together

If you have an advanced engineering degree or like 10k piece puzzles this will be a good product for you. Definitely not a one person project and the instructions are not as clear as they could be. In addition the fabrication could be slightly off with some of the parts and predrilled holes. Good luck!

Crosley mahogany bar

Beautiful piece. Sturdy, looks as good as the pictures. Was really hard for my husband to put together. Took an entire Saturday. In structions for the feet were not included, found the pieces after it was put together, so we left them off. We love the bar, though. Very impressive look.

Beautiful and easy assembly !!!!!

I purchased this item for my formal dining room. Assembly was easy, although there were a couple of wrong pieces. I called the number that was provided and the company sent replacement parts in a timely manner. The piece is very sturdy, elegant, with a contemporary look. I love it!

Wow, amazing quality

Be ready to spend some time putting it together. Came in 3 different, very heavy boxes. Lots and lots of pieces. Went together fairly easy, I had some friends help :).
