I'm changing my rating to 1 star. At first I enjoyed this sofa - it's really more of a loveseat, because it's so short - but the cushions are a mess inside. They're disintegrating, so it's impossible to take off the covers to wash them. Plus, you can't really stretch out in this. And it's expensive for what you get, and when I started looking for customer service options (so I could potentially buy new cushions), they are extremely difficult to find. Really awful. Don't spend your money on this product.

I am quite disappointed that the pillows don’t match rhe sofa.

NO Quality control. Sad

We received the sofa in a box that didnt have any damage to the out of the box , but when we opened box and looked at pieces one of the arms were almost bent in half and the company placed the arm in and sealed the box back up. I cant believe the quality control of the maker and packager of the unit. VERY Sad. Luckily WalMart took back and gave us a full refund.

Sofa looks great. It sits a bit low and the cushions seem to sag a little. Easy to assemble.

Frame Bent

The aluminum frame was bent in five places, which made it impossible to put it together with the screws. We had to straighten the frame with a rubber mallot. Even after that, we can see the screws after we finished putting it together.

Comfortable

A really great piece. Good size, great quality, comfortable, thick cushions.

Comforatable

Quite comfortable - deep seating. Best for sitting, a little short for deck napping. When assembling it, especially locking the sections together, follow the directions carefully. We had trouble with that step until we saw what were were doing wrong. We bought a cover for it - a necessity in rainy areas.

Buyer Beware

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a similar Serta about 4 years or so ago. A wonderful couch that is still in perfect condition even though we leave it outside year round in the North East U.S. We decided to buy a matching one and I found this online - basically the same couch, we thought...Howevever, first delivery the couch came with the box basically destroyed and the plastic faux-wicker broken in places. So we returned it immediately for an exchange. I had to repackage it and drive it to a UPS store - not easy since the package is huge and difficult to reput together. However, I achieved that. Couch number 2 just arrived today, box in good condition and my hopes high. Upon opening it I found again that some of the plastic faux-wicker was broken. OK. And, it was already rusting in the metal parts. Let me note that we have never had that problem with the original couch. OK, I was willing to overlook these problems this time so I was not going to have to go through the hassle of sending it back again. My son and I tried to assemble it, and basically you have to put matching metal parts together (I can't explain clearly) which fit one into the other. They didn't fit. Let me note that the original couch did not assemble like this - it was with screws - and fit super well and was easily put together. I can't give it a higher rating actually - and I can't give this one a lower rating. Do not buy - you will greatly regret it.

Comfortable overall, but back cushions are lacking.

Had for about a month now. Easy assembly. Seat cushions are firm and comfortable, but back cushions are "squishy" and not very supportive. Also had to initially flatten out the back cushions over the course of several days (by laying heavy items on top) since they were deformed in shipping. Overall a nice couch for under five hundred (would not pay more), but the filling of the back cushions is cheap and will likely wear quickly.

Looks great, difficult assembly

The assembly instructions are a bit minimalist and while we've built a fair amount of furniture, this one felt less steady than other pieces we've built from hay needle. Ultimately doing the job, looks great, happy with the quality of the cushions, and easily fits 4 people.

Very disappointed.

Very disappointed. We received the outdoor Serra Laguna patio sofa and immediately noticed the shipping box had a hole in it and appeared to have been previously opened. Not a big deal but that should have been a warning flag. The next day while I was at work, my husband decided to put it together. No hardware was included. He went and purchased the size bolts/screws he needed. Then he discovered the bar on the back of the sofa was broken. By this time he had tossed the packaging so he drilled a hole in the bar to bolt it to the sofa. When I arrived home the first I noticed was the color was a dark beige and wasn't the color displayed on website. I believe someone had returned the sofa and we were the unlucky recipients of a defective patio sofa.

Comfort for a small space

I needed a deep, wide but compact couch that could hold 3 adults in a pinch. Hard to find but I'm glad I found this one. Great for napping and I'm not normally napper.

The cushions are thick and comfortable, the size a bit more compact for tight spaces. Easy to assemble, didn’t realize that it Was a bit low, overall great value!

Love this sofa

We bought this sofa and the matching chair for our recently renovated sun room and could not be happier. It was pretty easy to put together and I was able to do so by myself in less than 45 minutes (both the sofa and chair). A few of the holes for screws too some work to line up but did go in. The cushions are very thick and comfortable. Overall I would buy again!

A little difficult to put together- you slide 2 metal pieces together and this one didn't fit in easily. Very comfortable and looks great.
