Hugs lumbar good but somehow fails to apply pressure in right places. Still a very good product and flexes pretty good. Would recommend

The worst muscle to tear ...

If you've ever thrown out your back (I have twice), you know what I'm talking about. Like getting knifed, and leaves you crawling on all fours. Braces like this should be mandatory if you plan heavy lifting of any kind — in the gym, at work, out in the yard. I'm using it this fall when stacking cords of firewood. Supportive without being obtrusive. Thanks!

Comfortable and smooth elasticity is definitely what i was looking for. I found one of possibly THE best on the market to date. I highly recommended this for those who work construction or are constantly lifting/bending/pulling/pushing heavy equipment or merchandise

Stays put even for a curvy figure.

I was very happy with how well the support stayed in place during hard work shoveling snow for a couple hours straight. I'm a woman with curves so many supports tend to ride up but this stayed in place. It was also breathable and I never felt overheated or ultra-sweaty while wearing it. I also enjoyed the pressure pad insert, it seemed to help alleviate some pain around the inflamed tissue in my back.
