Easy set up does need a water drain

Very disappointed

Bought this grill to put at our lake house and decided to get this one because it was on sale. Read the reviews and thought it wouldn't be that bad, one answer was to send it back for a refund but that's hard to do when it's concreted 2 foot in the ground. I was hoping maybe it would be ok. I used it for the first time yesterday and I'm going to have to cut the slots because getting charcoal in and out is a nightmare. The jam screw and knob that holds it in place on the pole melted off the first use and now I can't loosen or tighten it up without using vise grips.the cooking box already warped some making the grate hard to adjust. I would have already had it ready to send back this morning if it wasn't in the ground with concrete.

Good Price

This is a dandy little grill, but it could use an upgrade to the grate handles which get really HOT to the touch. These handles need to have a bloated SPRING on them to avoid getting burned if you need to adjust the grate while cooking. Other than that it a good quality grill and easy to install.

A want to be park grill not heavy duty but light duty!

when I ordered it I should have paid attention to detail as this is a lightweight park style grill and is not what I have purchased from another vendor the year before. The base was decent but the grill box and grill it self was sub standard. Not a good choice for a park style grill.

Perfect Item

Easy installation, but I do suggest that an additional longer pipe is installed inside supplied pipe for sturdiness. Other than that we used it Easter weekend for a large family cookout and it worked perfectly. Also for those who frown on the words Large Family Cookout, we didn't wear masks, we didn't social distance and we had a Great Cookout in Free State Florida.

The cooking box is not square making it difficult to lift and lower cooking surface.

We took a grinder to complete the adjustment tracks to allow for easy removal of the grill for cleaning. We like the ability to pivot the whole unit into or out of the prevailing breeze.
