While I liked this product, my puppy, 8 weeks was able to get out by bobbing her head against the zippers. Hence, i didn't like that and felt a need to put a lock on the zippers for routine travel in my car. Also, the top collapses in, it becomes kind of a triangle like structure. I don't like that.

This is a good carrier to use for your small dog. The only reason I gave it a 4-star instead of a 5-star is because the bottom kind of bends when you put the dog into it. I carried a 10 pound dog in it on the airplane, and the bottom sort of bent with her weight. Wish the bottom was a little more rigid. Great, pink color, though!

I would not buy or recommend this product again!

I use the Pet Life Pet Carrier to put my cat's in on trips to the vet. I thought the carrier would have a solid bottom for the stability of the animals while being carried. No,it has a soft bottom which collapses when the carrier is lifted. Causing the two cats to fall on each other. All pet carriers should have stable bottoms to keep pets upright when being carried.

Worked perfectly for my new puppy

Great quality, sturdy and worked perfectly. I picked up my new 8 week old Corgi puppy and flew back on American Airlines. The crate fit under the seat, and it was light and easy to carry.

[Rewarded Review] Well-made but sizing runs smaller than expected

I purchased the "medium" for a medium-sized cat but found it too small for her to fit into it comfortably. Fortunately I have a small cat who will be able to use it, because it is very well-made and light-weight to carry. If you'll set it up as a "bed" with a blankie in it, your cat may well come to love lying in it every day!

When our puppies are purchased from out of state families, we practice with the puppy being in this type carrier.
