This plant is pretty darn scrawny for the purchase price. However it does look healthy and was delivered without any problems.

The plant itself was much shorter than advertised, around 3'. I was able to get a partial refund for this, but a month later I found that the palm was infested with scale! No other plant I have has scale, so it definitely came from this plant. I am trying to save the plant now.

Well packed, arrived in excellent condition. Four stems. \n Significantly smaller than the illustration which for a Kentia means it will take years to catch up to that size.

This is a bit smaller than the photos had me expecting, but it is beautiful and healthy! And really, all you need is a healthy plant as growth will happen!

The kentia palm I received was not even 3’ tall. I felt deceived by the listing which seemed to be for a much larger, more mature plant. I did reach out to the seller, and they took 35% of the price almost immediately which helped. They also offered to let me return the plant, but at that point I had already recycled the packing material. The customer service was excellent, but for folks looking for a 4+ foot kentia as advertised in the listing, you might be disappointed.

Received the plant in a timely manner. The plant arrived and looked healthy upon opening the box. I inadvertently\nordered another one. Had to call and return. Customer service was prompt. The only "negative" experience I had was looking up American Plant Exchange phone number. In the future, it would be nice for the company to include directions/ contact info for returns.

Only two brown spots on the whole plant. The plant is beautiful.I just sent you a message regarding my palm plant. I meant to say Kentia palm, and not Kenya palm. Please excuse the typo.

It died with in two weeks

Although the box was a bit banged up when it arrived at my door, the palm had survived the shipping and was in great condition.
