Used for oak shelf support, nice grain, substantial and strong. Has inlets to hang. These are great!

We painted ours

They did require some sanding, and some ares required filler for a smooth surface, there were also areas that had filler from the factory, mahogany is what we got. And used keyhole hangers.

Perfect brackets

The brackets are nicely detailed and substantial and the wood has no graining or knots. We painted them and used them for hanging a microwave shelf.

Great price. Searched many websites for corbels when re-doing my kitchen island. These painted nicely and look great and the price was terrific compared to some options on the web. Very happy with this purchase.

Perfect for supporting a heavy stone eating counter

For me these are the perfect size wood brackets for supporting a granite eating counter. Just be certain to use strong plywood under the granite to support the weight.

Installed to support granite counter for a breakfast bar in a wall cut out I made. didn't feel that the included screws and bracket would be flush enough and strong enough. Was able to turn opposite direction and drill my own holes and screw in from the outside. However giving 4 stars as it does the job and appears well made.

Eagle Scout Project complete

Ordered these for muy sons EagleScout project. He built trophy shelves for his band. These were easy to use and were good quality. Nice and consistently straight.

Handsome and substantial bracket

Used these to upgrade the existing wall cabinets in my kitchen. Gave the painted wood cabinets a vintage cottage feeling. The added detail looks like it was original to the house.

Blemished with spots probably from glue.

Rubberwood wont stain well. So, after sanding, I used pre-stain wood conditioner, which should have made it stainable. Unfortunately, some kind of glue spots made the stain job blotchy. I dont know how common those glue spots are with this vendor. I darkened the stain by retouching to almost black so the blemishes wouldnt show.The shape is lovely, but the glue spots discourage my buying again, unless I will be painting.

Disappointed

This is my third order of this product and I?m disappointed with the quality. All six have some imperfections. Paying full price for lesser quality is upsetting. Trying to see how to place them so the blemishes doesn?t show. Thinking about returning. By the way, blemishes were not visible through the plastic. Once plastic was removed, blemishes were visible.

POOR WORKMANSHIP!!!

Very poor workmanship and they tried to fix it with a water based glue it seems. The repair location is clearly visible as I stained it and a few minutes later, it fell apart. I would hate to think what would have happened if this had happened AFTER I had mounted it on the wall. Never buying anything from this company again.I now have holes on my wall, ready mount this and really concerned about using this corbels.Update: replacement was sent and guess what, that was defective with poor workmanship as well.
