When putting together, boards were warped and we had to take off the white trim to push sides together to get a decent seal. In regards to the roof, the tin was scratched and bent in multiple places. When taking the packaging off of the coop walls, there were cardboard pieces glued on the red walls and it took the paint off when removing them.

It is made very well. Kinda hard/heavy to put together. It looks very nice and I love that you added touch up paint. Wish human door would lock like chicken door does. All in all I love the coop!

Nice once assembled.

Predrilled holes were not predrilled. Wood was warped and didn’t fit together well. Not enough screws were provided according to the instructions.

Very disappointed with this chicken coop. The roof does not fit and is very warped. It has gaps. I’m sick to my stomach that I paid $2000 for something I can’t use! It leaks rain because of all the gaps and the warped wood. I will never buy again. It’s not usable, Tracker supply would only give us a $50 gift card and said we could not return it. Although it looked fine on the outside before we built it but as soon as we unwrapped the roof, it was smashed on one side and warped. This was not visible from the outside so there was no way we would have known it was this bad. Don’t buy

Chicken Coop

I have rarely been impressed with a product as completely as I have with your coop. I bought the medium size version. Arived in a sturdy crate. My son in law and I had it removed and built in about an hour. I was impressed with the fit and even key screws were left half secured for quicker assembly. Every part fit well. You even included touch up paint for little boo boos. Thanks for the quality. God Bless . John Mills USA Retired

This coop is really nice and sturdy. Well constructed and was really easy to put together. Only issue i had was the way it was shipped. The pallet and other bracing materials were falling apart in transit and there was some damage to an edge piece on delivery. Contacted the manufacturer and without any hassle they are sending a new piece. Overall very happy with purchase

Good quality. Easy assembly.

Was able to put this together by myself. Would have been easier with 2 people but wasn't impossible. Sturdy material. Instructions are easy to follow but maybe not the most clear. When asking the roof pieces, side F was supposed to overlap side E in the instructions but it was backwards.

I was so excited when this arrived! Then as I watched the nice man try to get the long pallet off his truck with a hand pump floor jack and a big gap between the ramp and the ground I got a little nervous. My yard is so uneven he couldn’t get the ramp to touch the ground. He had to move it little by little on each side until he got it close to the edge. Then he took a wide thick board and put it under one side so it wouldn’t dig into the ground. While he moved the other side off the ramp. It took time but he got my coop safely to the ground without damaging it. I told them before delivery that I had no ramps or docks and uneven ground and the gave him a floor jack. Seriously!!!! Anybody that’s ever had to unload a pallet of that size knows you need a forklift with long forks. But I give this delivery man a 10/10 for doing what he had to do and with absolutely no damage to my coop. :)

This COOP is exactly what it was advertised to be... It really is a beautiful and substantial constructed product.

I am sick with REGRET

I don’t even know where to begin. First off the guy that delivered was a weanie. He was so scared of the rain that the closest he’d put the pallet was on the side of the road. Then, the bag with the accessories was non-existent because the roosting box was wide open on the pallet (which is where this bag was supposed to be) so now- here we are, no instructions, watching random people on YouTube build this thing. Which normally would’ve been fine BUT the front part of our coop was warped so the sides didn’t connect correctly. Couldn’t say I was surprised cause the pallet it was on was covered in mold- water damage. So we had a ___ of a time getting these pieces together- scratching the paint off in all sorts of places. Honestly it’s probably still not lined up correctly but we did our best with how warped it was. We were supposed to get paint to touch up the coop but- non-existent. Also the keys to all the doors- non existent.
