One of the heaters doesn’t work and I got no response from Sunday to my email and phone messages. I also received no response from the email I sent Home Depot. Very disappointed.

Terrible assembly. Junk

Direction is terrible, there is nowhere in the booklet about having to install your own 20 amp and it wasn’t provided so you have to go buy your it. My delivery was extremely late and it was very frustrating!!!!!! Purchased many items and delivery was never an issue like this one, I spent many hours in the phone everyday to estuamate delivery, it was a nightmare. No one ever reached out for an apologies!!!!!!

Good Sauna and Great Customer Service

We got the 2 person outdoor model and after an hour we had it setup and ready to go. It plugs right in and takes about 20 minutes to heat up. We had a slight issue with the delivery company but SunRay took quick care of it and called us back to make sure everything was delivered. Great customer service

I took a few months researching outdoor saunas with my wife and im happy i settled on the Sunray Burlington. We put it together and had it up and working in about 2.5 hours. we've only had it 2 months and i've already lost 15 pounds. i only wish i got the bigger one now

We opted for the two-person outdoor model, and within an hour, we had it assembled and ready for use. It conveniently plugs in and takes approximately 20 minutes to reach the desired temperature.

Great Patio Addition

My wife wanted a sauna for our patio so we chose this one after doing our research. It came in 3 boxes and was easy to assemble. It does require a cover when you don't use it but its easy to remove. The sauna looks well built and heats up quick.

A nice little sauna

I have had this working for around a week now. It does exactly what it says. I use it at around 130 degrees.

Overall a Good Buy

Got the sauna installed on our patio and it looks as advertised. The setup was easy and we just plugged it into an outside outlet to get it going. Took about 20-25 minutes to reach a comfortable heat. It does come with a outdoor cover. I would recommend using it because the roof is not shingled. I can see over time the roof having issues if its not covered. The cover does have a zippered door on it so we leave it on and just use it with the cover on. Overall its worked out great so far.
