Capacity is mis-stated

The description says 40 pounds but it did not even hold a 30 pound bag of puppy food.

Not fully airtight or waterproof but works

I'd give it a 3. I wouldn't say it's fully airtight or waterproof as when I clean the inside and put the lid on. The water drips out from the top. I've gone through a few of these and they're all like this. Thankfully I live in a condo with no bugs or rodents and I keep my kibble in their original bags so this is a decent option but if you're looking for an airtight container to leave in your garage or you live in a super humid place, I'd rethink on this one.

Would buy again

I bought 2 then 2 more so now have 4 for dog food. Looks way better than dog food bags clear tubs. Love that they stack. Would have been 5 stars had the gasket not fallen apart 2 weeks in. Still using as is. Overall happy with my purchases

So Easy for the Busy Family

This service is so easy for the busy family it's ridiculous. You can pick what you want and get it as often as you want.

It would have been a great buy if I could stack.

They are a great size and stack perfectly. The only issue I have is that I am not able to close the lid on the bottom container. I believe it is because of the pressure of the container on top. I switched them around a couple times before I finally realized this.

Animal food storage

I got this to store dog and cat food in the barn while keeping the rodents and ants out. It works great. The food also stays dry.

Sub par

They do not stack well. I bought three and they do NOT hold 40lbs of food. A 36lb bag won’t fit in any of them. They stack horribly and need to be put side by side on a bench which defeats the purpose of buying them. Buyer beware. I would not recommend buying them. Waste of money.

I’ve actually used these for years. I’ve never had one break, but I have given one away occasionally to a good friend. These are awesome products!

Not bear proof!

I live in a small cabin & not much storage space so we have kept it outside our kitchen near house. Has been recently picked up and hauled off. When we find it the ring around the lid has been pried off.

Wish I had bought this sooner!
