This cutting board is what we use for big jobs since it is big enough to prep large amounts of vegetables or to slice large pieces of meat. The board is double sided, but the juice grooves are only on one side. The non-slip pieces are as advertised. No problems with slipping yet.

I have a set of these I bought about 4 years ago. My mom made comments about how nice they were every time she came over so I bought her a set as well. They really do have a great feel and they clean easily.

Another great OXO product

I was looking for a board that was big enough for my 21.5 lb. turkey. It measures 21x14 and has drip wells - just what I wanted. Because my last wooden board developed mold growth, it was important that I find one with a non-porous material. This board is sturdy and looks great against my black granite countertop. From another review I have read, it appears that this board may show marks because it is protecting the sharpness of your knives.

i do a lot of cutting, and after getting an OXO, i wondered what i had been waiting for. i uesd my first, for over a year, and it shows almost no use. it also seems kind on my knives, i have been sharpening less. i just bought another, that i will use for shaping bread. these are so easy to clean...
