Wrong color still waiting 30 days for refund!

What a complete nightmare. This is the wrong color. It is not glacier oak. I have spent more than 1 months trying to get a refund. And now Wal-Mart says fedex didn’t return the whole product. Like that is my fault. Hopefully the billing department can refund me the money if not I will deny payment via credit card company. Walmart is the worst. Customer service is t friendly or even cares about helping. Don’t know how to answer any questions if it doesn’t follow their script. STAY AWAY.

Wrong color again!

I have ordered this nightstand two times and have received the wrong colors both times!! What is so hard about reading Glacier Oak and sending Glacier Oak! I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a Wal Mart associate and they told me there is nothing they can do to help me out, that they don't know what warehouse they will ship a replacement out of so I will probably continue to get the wrong color. So, Sad! My daughter is leaving for college in a few days and needs this nightstand to match her desk and dresser.
