This rug has *shockingly* exceeded all my expectations. It is so much more nuanced, subtly colorful, and elegant than any picture of it has even come close to depicting. I always spend a great deal of time researching, contemplating perseverating on significant purchases before I order them. In this case I researched this particular rug across multiple retail trade websites, read several positive reviews. I’d actually settled on a different rug that was 3x more expensive for our master bedroom before seeing this, but something about the seamlessness of this aesthetic kept me intrigued.I paused initially because I worried about A) softness tread under foot, since we’d be barefoot on it, we needed it to be plush enough for exposed feet for rolling around with my active toddler on the ground…. B) I also worried about how thin it would be, per other reviewers’ comments. Happy to report NEITHER of those are a concern. It *DOES* require a rug pad—we chose an extra thick premium one—but it doesn’t feel like the weave itself is thin in anyway, in fact it feels deceptively thick with the pad. And it is SO SOFT only softens more with wear. It doesn’t show dirt or spilled coffee drops, but it’s very easy to clean nonetheless.There is just the *perfect* amount of this gorgeous piercing turquoise-tealish thread very sparingly through the bluish grey sections, as well as this lovely dark eggplant purplish tone, though they’re barely perceptible at first, once you notice them it’s almost like this secret treasure hidden in plain sight. The best part is it works with any palette variations of decor aesthetics. It’s extremely fluid, functional, adaptable to vast range of spaces, textiles, tones. I did fear we might be constrained to neutrals earth tones with it as the base, and quite the contrary it brings out whatever pop of color I want to emphasize in our bedroom.I RARELY write reviews or rave about items— there is no incentive for me to do so… but this rug has so won me over… of course when it was out of stock EVERYWHERE else, I found the size we wanted on Wayfair, for the best price as well. As with many rugs, there is a slight smell when you unroll it from the plastic for the first time, but that went away within 24 hours. SO grateful for Wayfair making this purchase happen for me— if you’re thinking about buying this rug with any degree of seriousnessJUST DO IT! I really liked this rug. Was looking for something that was darker that wouldn’t show a lot of wear and tear. It’s wool but feels very comfortable to lay on, not itchy like I was afraid of!

This rug is stunning! Albeit a bit thin, an underpad does the trick. The colours are beautifully neutral without being boring, and the texture and pattern just add a perfect amount of coziness.

I do love this rug. It is lightweight. I plan on putting a pad underneath it for more comfort. Colours are very earth tone can go with any style. Contemporary. Modern. Boho. Mid century modern. Farmhouse chic. Etc. wouldRecommend. It’s a rug that you will hang on to.

Finishing Touch

This rug adds the perfect finishing touch to our media room. I looks fantastic with our leather furniture. I have received many compliments on it. We also purchased the runner as well. It seems to be wearing well so far. We love it!

Poor quality for the cost

I love the pattern but that's about it. It's extremely thing and the workmanship is poor. The edges are all uneven and not tightly finished. It also smells terrible. I really expected more from a Ralph Lauren brand, but it is not worth the price in my opinion. I will be returning it.

Low maintenance area rug. I love the tassels at the end and the colors are beautiful. I might get the larger sizes for a different room. It is pricey but worth the cost in my opinion.
