The new mattress topper has helped with mild to no back pain in the morning. It used to be moderate pain almost every morning sleeping on the medium-hard mattress. I’m thinking about adding another layer of the topper! Either that option or get a new hard mattress. Anyway it was worth my money and I highly recommend it!!
