Chair was easy to assemble (15 minutes) and is very comfortable. Like the lumbar support and headrest.

Not as Expected

I spent a lot of time trying to figure out a chair that would work for me. I now work at home and need a comfortable chair for long hours. The display in the store was comfortable but the chair I purchased felt nothing like the display. I know displays are “worn in” because people test them out but the seat seemed completely different. It was super hard and flat and not comfortable. The back was comfortable and the adjustments were good but just couldn’t get past the seat! I ended up returning the chair.

Did not arrive. was rescheduled for delivery multiple times and finally cancelled

Good value chair

Straightforward assembly, very thick foam cushion, good range of monitor on back rest. Arm rest are fairly hard but at least height adjustable. Minimal adjustments on the headrest but still comfortable.

A solid and supportive chair!

This chair was purchased for my Mom who is starting to get up there in years. She loves the prominent lumbar support, and thinks the chair is really comfortable and functional. We both like it!

Comfortable for long sitting

Have had this chair almost 3 yrs. Glad I bought the 3 yr warranty because 1) several months ago the chair back started squeaking, loudly. I put up with it. My wife was annoyed. Then about 2 mos ago the chair back froze, locked up. Squeak stopped (ha!). And, the seat cushion has wear marks on the edges under my legs. When working, this chair was comfortable - I didn't want arm rests or a headrest but came to enjoy both. To bad, I hate to junk it. Warranty will help me get a new chair. (Note: At the time the chair was a close out. I'm surprised Staples is still selling it.)

Great Chair

This is the first chair that I’ve purchased in a decade that I don’t want to donate to Goodwill! I especially like the seat cushion in that it is supportively comfortable. Also the back and lumbar support are the best that I’ve had and I don’t need to use an additional lumbar support. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Quality and Comfort

I work from home 2-3 days per week. This chair has good quality cushioning on the seat and I feel like I can adjust it to fit on both sides of my home desk. Very satisfied so far.
