POOR Customer Service

This would have been the perfect light for what I wanted except the clear globe had bubble defects in it and the socket ring was damaged and would not screw up high enough to hold the globe in place. Called Home Depot twice asking them to reach out to the company about replacing the ring and globe. They tried but there was never any response from the company. Very poor customer service from the manufacturer. I would not recommend buying from this company!

This is not a pull string switch it has to be plugged into an outlet

Perfect and easy to install

It looks challenging in the box, but so easy to install. And takes minutes. The hardest part was finding a stud. I love them and have compliments from expert installers on my installation.

This is a perfect light for the bedside. The lampshade is clear glass which was exactly what i wanted for my fireworks lightbulb (also purchased at walmart). It mounts to the wall which keeps anymore clutter off the nightstand- easily installed with very clear instructions on how to.

Made very cheap and the instructions are worthless. Tried the loosen the arm to swing easier and the bolt broke in half. Would never buy a Globe product again!

Connect to power outlet, no wiring, shutoff fuse

Look great at a reasonable price, round closure cannot 100% to the wall. A small gap after gang Ng up screws. Need caulk to avoid moisture into electrical closure

We installed these lights in our guest room 2.5 months ago and had limited use. The switch to turn on already broke. They look pretty and simple but the product is weak given it’s already broken.

The on/ off switch does not work. I just purchased this light in May, 2021.

We like them okay. They look a little cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. Also the electrician could not get them mounted completely flush to wall despite lots of trying, could be our wall I suppose...

Great Wall light!

Love this light! It’s has a movable arms to adjust where you want your light to be, also the quality is great. Customer service is great also had a slight flaw in the shade was sent a new one with no problem. Would buy again.
