I'm so glad I went for it

Love my new 48 inch bungee mini trampoline. I just upgraded from a slightly smaller spring trampoline that I also liked and used but now I know what i was missing! Its a harder work out and the larger size feels safer and allows more movements. Also easier on the knees. I'm so glad I went for it. It takes a bit more space but I store it up on its side and it is able to fit in the same place my smaller one did - albeit it is a bit more visible. But totally worth it.

I love my trampoline the jumps are very soft on my knees although I did purchase separately the soft bungee cords.

Great purchase!

Have had my rebounder a week now ,,, slowly building up my endurance. But I’m really enjoying it. It was easy to put together ,,,, maybe took 1/2 hour. I’m holding onto the rails of my stairs for balance but I’m confident I will soon be able to bounce freely. It surprisingly gets my heart rate going ,,, I’m doing 10 minute intervals twice a day along with my other exercise equipment. Glad I purchased it ,,,

True Customers Service +

I have been using my rebounder since June 2021 and I am very happy with it, however, 2 of the straps which attach to the mat failed and I contacted Leaps & Rebounds by email. Their response was great, prompt and they truly honored their warranty. They are sending me a new mat so I can continue rebounding!

No customer support on NEW faulty equipment.

Buyer beware. I wanted to love this product, but it wobbles with every jump. It is unstable and rocks back and forth making really noisy with every smack/crash into the floor. I have tried reapplying the pad again per the instructions with no change. I’ve reached out to Leaps and Rebounds every way possible on their site for over a week and have received no reply. Customer support is not there. A lifetime warranty is useless without support service. This is disappointing, especially for the cost of the product.

Excellent First Impressions

First impressions - I’m an aircraft mechanic (licensed) with 55 years experience. I find the machined parts to be precise and excellent for assembly including the handle assembly. Bungee installation simple, instructions very clear and the tool provided made the job simple. From unboxing to fully assembled in approximately 30 minutes. Actually bouncing in the rebounder felt much more professional then the spring type. Thus far it’s a great investment and highly recommended. We purchased the 48” rebounder.

Very satisfied With product and customer service

I've been taking rebounding classes for about eight years or so. For my birthday, my mom got me the 48 inch rebounder from leaps and rebounds. I was a little skeptical when I opened it, and I was a little intimidated about putting it all together. But it was perfectly easy to put together and good quality. My instructor when I told her what kind I got said that it was a good one and she was happy with hers that she had bought years ago.

Refreshing and energizing!

Love using my rebounder use it every day in the morning and again in the evening. It’s gentle on my body, and I feel completely refreshed In the morning when I use it .

A Great Purchase

This is one sturdy rebounder. Well built. I do feel a difference with the bungee cords vs springs. It feel like a softer jump on my body. I like it! It does take some muscle to put it together.

I love, love my rebounder, I’ve had it for about 4 years and use it nearly every day! The warranty is fabulous! My mat was starting to stretch and I filed a claim & got a new mat within 7 days!

Loving it so far!

I just unboxed and set up the rebounder (by myself) this evening. The directions were clear and concise, and other than a few minor issues (my own fault) I had no major problems setting it up alone. That being said, if you don't have good hand and upper body strength you will probably need help with setup. I tried bouncing tonight for about 15 minutes while watching TV, and 2 of my kids tried it. We all love it so far. I may have to update after my husband and other kiddo try it.

Inferior Product

48" rebounder's stable bar is wobly. I feel like a crooked man walking a crooked mile. You should be ashamed sell a bar that is not stable.I shouldn't have bought the stable Bar as it does not do what they say it should do. I feel like returning it.

Super workout; and fun!

I have had my rebounder for approximately two weeks. I absolutely love it!!! Fifteen to 30 minutes every other day is a great workout on the days that I do not go to the gym. It's a great cardio workout, but I also feel it in my muscles. It was also easy to put together, well for my husband that is. I did purchase the stability bar, and it has been needed a few times. All-in-all this was a great purchase!!

Tooooo Noisy

Not quiet at all. 48" sounds like a 400lb Ape unpin on the rebounder. Is there anything I can do to reduce the sound?

Great product and great customer service!

I used my mini-trampoline quite a bit for several months. After a while, one of the plastic hooks detached from the mat. It was covered under the lifetime warranty and a new mat arrived in about a week.

Awful terrible breaks regularly

Leaps and rebounds makes a terrible product. My trampoline breaks regularly and I have to send in for new parts every couple of months, it takes forever for the replacement to come so I have to jump precariously on a broken trampoline until the new piece arrives. I am very dissatisfied. I have written multiple times requesting my money back and they refuse. Do not buy this trampoline, I regret wasting my money and will never support this company again.

I’m really loving my 48” purple rebounder! I’ve had it for about 3 weeks now and I get excited to get on it every morning and evening. It’s so fun and easy on my body.

After lots of personal research on rebounders to start my own rebounding classes, I decided on leapsandrebounds. I am so happy with my purchase, and quite literally so glad I took the leap! I bought every color except the gray… that’s next on my list. I love how beautiful they all look. Overall I have been very satisfied and was very pleased with the customer service.
