Very disappointed! It had a deflated insert and looked used!
I almost never leave reviews but this cushion is a joke. It looks and feels like a deflated balloon. The cushion is flat and lifeless. Certainly not thick and plush like pictured.
This pillow is the flattest pillow ever. If I saw this in person I would have put it back down. But the wayfair return policy is not worth the hassle. Boo.
The pillows are exactly like the picture! The quality is very nice. I bought two for a bench seat and they fit perfectly. Very pleased.
