The plates themselves are lovely. However, three plates arrived broken.

Good stuff, but needs better packaging.

Very exquisite, beautiful and practical, but the shipping packaging needs to be improved. When we received it, one of the plates was broken, and if we needed to exchange it, we had to send the whole box back. But we needed to use it urgently, so we took the broken plate to the store for consultation, and the reply we got was still that we had to send the whole box back for a replacement, which would cause us great inconvenience. So we had to throw the broken plate away, which was a pity. It was not just a loss of money, but also a pity that this exquisite porcelain was not properly packaged. So I hope that the efficiency of returning and exchanging fragile items can be improved in future online shopping.

Love the pattern, these are quality dishes. We've been using them for a couple of years and they hold up to the dishwasher and general use. Do note that the surface of the plate is flat -- where some plates have a bit of depth to them (better at retaining sauces and larger portions), these do not. It is not a game-changer just something to be aware of in case you wanted that.
