This is a replacement for the original that was delivered damaged. This replacement had just a tiny nick in the fabric, but everything else appears to be fine. Pretty easy to set up, customer service was exceptional when processing this replacement, delivery included bringing it into my home which is how it should be, and I'm very pleased with this product.

Firm but comfortable

Very pleased with purchase couch is firm, but very comfortable. Recliner work smoothly. It looks great with my other reclining chairs.

Try Before You Buy - Hard and uncomfortable!

This was the first sofa I purchased solely online and using only reviews to make my purchase decision--big mistake! The sofa looks great from a distance. A closer inspection shows a gap between the middle and left cushion. It's not terrible once you recline as the top pillow is soft enough but few people (if any) will feel comfortable when they first sit down. It does seem like it will wear well and since it's in the basement so it doesn't get much use in our home. I purchased it for my son whose bedroom is in the next room until he finishes college next year. He uses his bed or desk chair as he says it is too uncomfortable to sit on--and I don't blame him. If you are looking for a cheaper sofa to look nice in a room go for it. If you want a comfy couch to sink into look for something else.

Great Buy

Comfortable and easy to use recliner with a micro fabric that is very comfortable and easy to clean.

This recliner is extremely comfortable with microfiber fabric that is both luxuriously soft and easy to clean. The only minor inconvenience is that it takes a lot of force to lock the footrest into the closed position, so I usually leave it up.

New recliner

We are long time customers of Raymour and Flanigan. I found this love seat online and liked it. With there return policy if it's not what you expected we were comfortable ordering it. Well it's perfect for what we needed and was exactly what I looked at online. My wife and I just love the comfort of the fabric and operation of the recliner. Thank you again.
