LOVESEAT NEVER SHOWED UP - AFTER MULTIPLE PROMISES
DO NOT BUY FURTNITURE FROM JCPENNEY!!! This was the worst customer service we have ever had buying furniture. The loveseat was supposed to be delivered June 19th and never showed up. After 14 calls with the delivery company and 6 escalated calls with JCPenney customer service the loveseat never arrived. We were told multiple times that they lost then located the loveseat and that we would receive follow up calls within 24 hours for priority delivery. We never received any follow up calls and finally were told that the loveseat was never even at the warehouse - meaning everything every representative told us were lies. We have purchased multiple whole room furniture sets from JCPenney in the past, but will not be purchasing any others given this horrible experience.
Made very well and comfortable.
Product is very well made and so comfortable. Nice to relax in and easy button to flip out the leg rest. If your very tall the foot rest may be a little short but still comfortable.
The delivery men were very professional quick to set up everything. no complaints whatsoever. These are two of the best furniture delivery men we have ever had. thank you guys for the great service!!

The pieces are absolutely beautiful. They recline really nice. The depth of the seats are a little smaller then what I am used to other than that I love them.
Really disappointed
The left side of love seat is creaking and clunking. When recline you hear the back of the chair creaking. Then when closing the part where you put feet, it clunks very hard. About the time I had someone set it up for me, it's sooo heavy, and me sitting in it because I work so much this has happened in less than a month.

Plastic release handle broke-
One year-old, and the leg release plastic handle broke. Now one side is unusable as a recliner.

Nice, comfortable. color says pewter. in the store it looked beige, in my house looks like it's a pewter gray.

We just love this set- so comfortable. They recline manually. The chenille fabric is nice. The set was in stock, got delivered 3 days later. Men delivered were great too. Salesman were helpful too.
