Spacious and well-designed

We purchased this shed to store our outdoor furniture during the off-season. The amount of space is impressive! The delivery team was courteous, and customer service helped us with tips on maintaining the shed. It's been a fantastic addition to our property.

Love the features

This is an excellent shed, with many add on features that one would spend more money on to get later. Examples: Sky lights, windows that open and close, shelving, peg boards, full floor.

[Rewarded Review] Great Second Garage

Overall, I'm pleased with the shed I finished two days ago. We're using it as storage and a workshop while we convert our garage into a playroom for our kids. There are several things we like about it, including the design, ample space, affordable price, and the fact that it's easy to maintain with just a pressure wash.

Great shed for the price!

I just love my new Lifetime storage shed. It has plenty of room, skylights, windows and even comes with shelves. I would definitely recommend any Lifetime the brand.

Poor instructions, worse is the part labels.

For the amount of money charged, the directions and labeling shouold be perfect. Unfortunately, you get two different manuals. One for a 11x13 and another for the extensions that make it a 18.5 length. Deciphering the instructions took up alot of time and confusion. Worse.... was the lack of accurate labeling of the parts. The manual says use xxx and the bag of parts is labeled yyy. You have to look at the various bags and guess which one you need. Don't fool yourself into thinking this is a one person job. I recommend three people and it will take several days with alot of swearing and bad feelings toward the manufacturer. Now that it's done, I like it; but there were mistakes made. Many times steps had to be undone and rectified which if the manufacturer made a small effort could have been avoided.

Lifetime 11x18. 5 Shed/Garage

I completed assembly of my garage last weekend. I held off writing a review until it was complete. First working with the folks at Backyard Oasis was a pleasure. The process was quick and easy. ordering through delivery was pleasant. As for the product, I'm very pleased so far. The garage seems to be very high quality.

[Rewarded Review] Worth the money and the install pains

So far so good. Yes, it can be a pain to put together at times. Yes, it does take about 2 days. But this shed feels worth it. Heavy duty braces. Really pulls together the more you put up. The instructions could use some "tips' or "FYI(s)" to better assist. I suggest using Lifetime's instructions on the Built app.

I purchased this shed for a "She Shed". I store my power tools, cement, wood, and more. Everything stays dry. A large amount of room. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Ok but some assembly issues.

Only a 3 because I feel for the money, effort, and size I would have been better off with a stick built shed. Seems to be a decent shed but not 5 stars. I would have given it a 4 but the door alignment annoyed me too much.

Over all this is a quality product. There were however a few illustrations in the assembly instructions that could have been clearer and the door latch needs improvement.

Great Customer Service! Hard to find the shed size elsewhere!

None of the big retailers really had this size and when I called them they couldn't confirm any stock! When I spoke to someone at the Backyard Oasis team, they confirmed stock over the phone and told me it would take about 2 weeks for delivery! Really happy with my new shed as I can put my motorcycle and lawnmower in here! Vents do help the shed keep cool since we have really hot summers!

Great Features

Excellent product and more stable then I expected doing the initial installation. I love the final building because I have place for my tractor and all of the implements.

Poor quality assurance

Very poor quality assurance, had to drill out half of the AFG horizontal truss braces. customer service was horrible I called for missing parts it took over an hour and 20 minutes just to get the gentleman to understand how to spell my name and address that a lone made me get very frustrated then on top of that he acted like I was trying to steal or get free 4 tiny plastic pieces you had to have to put the doors together which probably cost 2 dollars after almost spending $3000.00 for the shed. I be leave half the reviews on the shed are false.

Mostly quality materials and sturdy construction

This shed has MANY parts and not for someone who isn’t at least a little technically inclined. Read and follow the directions. My only real complaint is the windows, latches and “hardware” very poor design and quality. Window latches are not really meant to use as opening and closing them will break them pretty quickly.

Shed looks good, not sure how strong the walls are we will see when I hang garden tools etc. it was a long process to put together. Instructions not very good, hardware in wrong boxes. very hard to follow

Bought a smaller shed a number of years ago and it has held up so well, that when we needed a bigger storage shed, we bought this size. Make sure you follow the instructions, especially for your base/foundation, and you won't have any problem you can't handle. Take your time and you will be very pleased with the finished product - extremely attractive in the yard. Love it.

Horrible phone support

The phone support is absolutely horrible! Many phone prompts, EXTREMELY long wait times. Wrong departments, eotc. Wow!

This is my third shed, it is my first shed from Lifetime. I decided on this shed to upgrade to a larger shed and due to nice design and looks. I live in a neighborhood with strict covenants thus wanted to make sure it has an aesthetic appeal. The shed arrived in 8 boxes, and it was initially overwhelming to open the boxes and separate the items. I had a professional install a good concrete slab as from my previous experience, unleveled slab causes a lot of problems. The quality of the plastic and hard ware are excellent. and the powdered paint is durable. The door installation is a bit sophisticated and requires assembling the three doors and the door frame together, then attaching them to the front. The front door frame assembly is heavy, but two people can handle it. The roof system assembly is much easier to install than other companies systems, as you can install it completely from the interior rather than going on top of the roof.

Excellent Value

Needed a storage/garden shed.....took a chance on this Lifetime product given their products over the years have been great and the sale price from Sams Club was too good and it included two expansions (11'x18.5'). I was a little concern with a plastic shed, but I can tell you the shed exceeded my expectations - 3 door design is awesome, the engineering is solid, the parts were all there and the panels looked perfect from the factory. It took my Wife and I two days to assemble taking our time - instructions are concise but you need to pay attention to details! It's water tight and solid for a plastic shed - you can't beat the value! The most important factor for me was a solid base....I planned on using wood (save money) but changed my mind and went with 4" concrete slab - extra large for an entrance way. Yes, the concrete pad actually costs more than the shed given the extra grading needed in my location:). Again, the price and size is hard to beat and Lifetime stands behind their products.....and no, I'm not associated with Lifetime in any way nor was I given any incentive for this review!

good shed

first problem I encountered was section 6.7 screws too small. Had to buy 5/16x.5 wood and metal screws. Next problem I had is there was not enough screws for windows. Had to buy 40-10x.5 long.
