Lifetime doesn't mean lifetime.

I bought 4 of these chairs 3 years ago. The color has stood up well, but for some reason the Botton of one has cracked and broken, and RARELY does anyone even sit in these. I thought "life time" meant lifetime. I have checked back in and only a 2 year warranty and I am just outside the warranty. I don't recommend- unless a couple of years is ok with you.

Disappointed

We bought 4 Adirondack chairs and two side tables for our creek side deck at our cabin. We have had them for 3 summers now and the chair seat slats are all breaking. The side table screws are falling out (were not over tightened during assembly).

Defective material cracked slats

We bought 4 chairs 6 years ago and this year half the slats started cracking. We keep them indoors during winter so not exposed year around. We thought they had a lifetime warranty when we purchased but no. They said we have to buy new replacement slates. The tables we bought are warping snd cracking too. Bad material that doesn’t last. Very disappointing in light of the price we paid.

Terrible finish / poor quality

I bought 4 of these just over 2 years ago, completely disappointed. Color fades and actually rubs off on your skin and clothes. I called customer service thinking they would be interested in helping me, maybe I got a bad batch. They offered me $50.00 to buy some cleaning supplies. Although they are intended for outdoor use and the description actually says “never needs to be painted or varnished” the Lifetime rep actually told me to spray them with a clear coat. I have been a big Lifetime fan but these chairs and their lack of standing behind them have totally changed my opinion. Seriously, outdoor chairs that can’t survive 2 years? Not to mention there are better alternative brands for a way better price. Don’t buy these, save yourself a mess. I should have returned them the day I opened them I could tell they weren’t going to hold up.

Great chairs and Amazing price!

Found these for a outdoor firepit and the price was amazing. We bought all of what they had and I don't think they are getting anymore of them. Love shopping at BJ's and won't be going back to the other stores!

Good strong chair, but assembly can be a little challenging.

I recently purchased these chairs for a cottage rental couldn’t be happier with my decision. They are comfortable while adding rustic charm to the outdoor space. My guests have commented on how comfortable they are while they’re enjoying the beautiful surroundings. These chairs have enhanced the overall experience of staying at the cottage. Easy assembly and well made

Been looking for one of these type chairs. I felt the construction of the store model and was made better than others I've seen. This was easy to assembly. Use a cordless drill with 5/32 bit. Easy with right tools.looks great on deck.

Chairs are amazing but SUPER hard to put together.

I bought 6 back in March and it’s now June. I’ve only put two together because they are the most annoying things in my life. Tonight I decided to do a third, and it took me 3 hours and 45 minutes and I left it without 4 of the screws because I literally couldn’t get them in. I would have laid someone $50 a chair for them to come prebuilt. I’m going to return the other three. Must have patience and be super strong to build these. It’s bitter sweet because these chairs are amazing and super sturdy.

It’s a great chair. It’s the seventh Lifetime Adirondack chair I’ve purchased from Wayfair. The other chairs have been through Ice, Wind, Snow, Rain and heavy Winds. They still look brand new. You can’t go wrong with the Lifetime Adirondack chair from Wayfair.

Not easy to put together

I just completed building a BJs shed including a wooden foundation and I'm halfway through one chair and the chair was harder. The screws have a blunt end which does not find/penetrate the wood easily. The video is helpful but deceiving as the guy drives the screws without having to find the holes or struggle to get the screws to sink in. I was forced to try to use one of their screws to start a pre-drilled hole and it went through the side (thus I think I own it now). Even so, I had to use that same technique (not going as deep) just to get their screws to sink in. Hugely frustrating!

We needed some durable outdoor seating to use at a vacation home. These worked out great. They’re constructed of weather-resistant polystyrene simulated wood. Best part is that they’re low maintenance and never having to worry about splinters or rotting wood.

We order the same chair, same color from the same company,Lifetime ,last year. We were hoping that they would sort a match. They were identical! We are delighted to say the least. Thank you Walmart and all the employees who help expedite our order.

Bad customer service

I bought two chairs two years ago. One of the backrest slats cracked where the upper screw is located. Called the company the other day and was told I could not buy one slat, I had to buy the entire backrest slat kit for over $100 dollars plus shipping. This is ridiculous as I only need one slat and the kit is more than half the cost of what I paid for the entire chair. Will never buy this product or from this company again.

I would have given quality a 5 star, but the assembly was somewhat challenging. Once I figured out what adaptations I needed to make it went well.
