Fantastic Sectional Sofa at first - Update: NO

I am absolutely in love!!! Purchased the beige...the fabric is amazing - being the size, we upgraded to white glove service...delivery communication was exactly as stated - the delivery service was also fantastic - the cushions are plush, bottom cushions velcro on to stay in place, sections of furniture latch together and so easily I did it alone - I hope this furniture lasts a very long time! UPDATE: lightly used and yet, the balls on the fabric are endless and began within 2 weeks of having this sofa - if you try to lay on it, you rolls forward and the feathers flattened so badly - disappointed and trying to contact the merchant to get replacement slip covers…hoping this is just a defect.

Not so good quality

Purchased less than a year ago and the couch is large, however the fabric is not tight and causes dips in the cushions. You have to fluff often to look its best. Feathers are coming out of the cushions and they poke you. Reached to customer service to discuss quality concens. I hope they create a good experience.

We bought this couch as the tip of the restoration hardware cloud. We got the dark gray and seven pieces including an ottoman. It’s big low to the ground and extremely comfortable. The shipping and processing was a really long wait 60 days plus. But definitely worth it would do it again.

Great couch! Looks expensive so what a deal. The covers do come off of the cushions, back and seating if you need to wash. The latching system between each piece is the easiest of any of our furniture, so would be a breeze to reconfigure or move. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that some of the cushions were more stuffed than other so when you put it together it looked a little inconsistent. Easy fix, I bought some 1” foam on amazon, simple and cheep to find in the right width, cut a square and inserted in the bottom since the cushions zipper. Now it looks great.

Horrible Overstock customer service experience know one knew when i would receive product Experience was so bad had to talk with customer service Supervisor and after follow up the supervisor still didn’t know when i would receive product tracking numbers state specific date received three weeks later That’s why gave product two stars. I ordered white 7 piece sectional very large I took one section out and placed in another room overall comfortable the fabric appears to be linen and the fabric is soft to sit on however the cushions and pillows have to be reshaped after sitting on them i weigh 126 pounds and I still have to reshape the cushions and pillows no regrets for purchasing product lousy overstock customer service .The delivery guys were awesome professional courteous they made The difference exceptional customer service from the guys who brought the furniture to my houseup for

I purchased the gray furniture, and the furniture is Humongous. Most definitely suitable for a family home. Over amount of pillows though but as whole, very pleased with my purchase

For the price, it is a nice sectional. I ordered the dark grey color which is pretty (was thinking about the navy blue), but the fabric is not that soft. It's actually kind of scratchy. While the cushions are filled with down/ feathers, it's not hard to feel the hard platform below. Again, for the price it's about what was expected, but I was hoping to be pleasantly surprise. I wasn't.
