Very please with this rug - colors are fantastic and go with my decor very well - even the husband approved!

Still creased down the middle 5 months later. Rather than shipping rolled up it was folded in a box. It was very creased and after 5 months of trying weights, steaming, placing in the sun the crease down the length is still there. I was told that it would eventually flatten out but that hasn't happened and the return window is gone. Fortunately it was cheap and it's under a dining room table so it's less noticeable but the crease still shows. It would never work if it were used out in the open. . . The colors were absolutely spot on and the quality is better than expected so it's sad that Passargard's shipping method ruined the rug. I'd have been happy to pay extra to ship it rolled up. I'll live with it for a while and find something more expensive in a rug store and donate it. Unfortunate since the colors are so perfect.

I purchased the 8x10'. The colors in person are more clean and vivid. This is a beautiful rug. The blues and gold pop, but in a very classy way. Cons: the rug came in a smallish box. When I opened the box, I saw that the rug is folded. So weird. I'm used to getting rugs in this size, shipped on a long tube, As I unfurled the rug, it felt moist and the smell of chemicals from the backing of the rug was overwhelming. Also, this rug was damp so it smells of mildew. I left it laid out in the outside air and sun, and the smell and moist feel did not dissipate after about 6 hours. The smalldsmell has never gone away and I cannot use this rug. Consulted a professional carpet cleaner and they cannot get the smell out.

Good... but not great! I guess for the price I was hoping for a little bit of a nicer carpetloom. The color is exactly what I was looking for which is why I took a risk in ordering. We have a ton of natural light in our dining room which makes the silky shine in the light. The other picture kinda shows what non direct light looks like.
