Creases Won’t Come Out
I’ve purchased about 10 rugs from rug.com and have had some problems getting the creases out. This time they won’t come out. That’s because the rug was shipped folded. I spent $79 for shipping. I’ve placed a 150 lb flat top coffee table upside down on it for 2 days and moved it around with no success. If the rug was shipped rolled it would not have these huge creases. Very disappointed and will never buy another rug from rugs.com.
