I put this rug in my sons room. It compliments the whole room the aesthetic of it is so pretty and not eye soaring definitely recommend. It's super soft and comfortable to walk on or sit on or even lay everyone who has seen it always compliments it. I'm thinking of finding a bigger one for our office space!! Anyways I love it. My husband loves it. My son loves it a good rug to have.

It's very "chunky" in places, and not so "chunky" in others, depending on the color of the checker. I thought it would be thicker and more plush than it is, and it isn't. The carpet "fibers" seem super long and thin. It can be fluffed by vacuuming, but it's not consistently fluffy. You can tell when you step on a different color.
