Customer service is awesome!

Rug arrived not completely covered in plastic, leaving some of the tassels dirty from shipping. Website lists the dimensions 6’7 squared, the tag on the rug says 6 ft squared, but the dimensions were actually 6’7x6’3. Customer service was awesome, responsive, timely, and remedied my problem. Although I wasn’t completely satisfied with this rug, I will continue to shop on this website!

Great rug!

This rug is so beautiful!! It laid flat immediately and is soft. We placed it on top of carpet to designate an area and I couldn’t be happier with it.

i was sort of unsure when i bought this rug just viewing it online. i had been searching for an area rug since we moved into our house - finally after a year i found this one. IM GLAD I BOUGHT! the rug came way earlier than the delivery date i was given & was really easy to open & lay out. it has a great mix of textures between the soft & almost like a jute material on the flat parts of the rug! i love love love this rug & am thinking of getting the same one in a runner for my bathroom or getting another for my bedroom! i purchased the 8x10. great quality. but careful with doggos. my dog will get the zoomies & run through the house at mach speed in circles ..her claws have caught some of the plush area & pulled it up/out. other than that! couldn’t be more happy with this purchase. Less

Cute but Issues

I used to love this rug! I bought it in the blue version before… This one has different ends, and they are coming apart, 1 day out of the bag. A bit disappointing!!

I love the color. The style. The quality. It has color yarn tied around the braided fringe. I have young children and two dogs, and so far so good. Easy to vacuum and shampoo.

Defective

The rug is not cut correctly and it never lays flat. It was clearly cut incorrectly and I have to pull the rug weekly to make it look flat. Never seen anything like it.

Really cute rug but it does not lay straight, which drives me crazy! It has a lot of stretch to it so the edges are always wavy and it bunches around any furniture sitting on top of it if you have carpet
