The mirror is what it says it is. I was hoping that we would not need more lighting in the small area. This was not the case. You will need extra lighting with this item.

The actual mirror different from the picture. LED light comes just as small curved line upper right and lower left edges. Despite that Home Depot refused to refund my money and I got just store credit! So disappointed!

A bit of light in small spaces

I bought this mirror from someplace else other than overstock. I found it a bit cheaper but the same identical mirror for my makeover bathroom in the basement. The on and off switch is located in the front which makes it more convenient.

This is the best packed product for shipping that I have ever seen - my fears about shipping a mirror (especially a lit mirror) were for naught. The product is solid, has a small switch on the side for on/off. It's just the right size for our space. There is but one problem as I see it... If you were to look at the back of the product you would see that there are two long metal pieces that run the height of the mirror (parallel to the lights on the front) that where the LED strips are mounted. Unfortunately, they didn't close in either the top or the bottom of the metal strips, so when the light is on the light bleeds out of the top and bottom. I fixed it with duct tape (I'm from the south, after all...), but I would have expected a better solution from the manufacturer. Overall, it will work exactly as I need it to (but with a little nip and tuck).
