Pull-out section is cheap and not metal

The pull-out handle is not metal and it feels very cheap. I didn’t see that listed anywhere in the product description. If it’s there, it’s hidden well! Quite a disappointment and I do NOT RECOMMEND.

We have a triple basin sink and finding a faucet with a spout reach long enough to nicely supply all three basins was difficult. Several high end faucets would work, but the Delta Linden does the job at about a third of their prices. The style and quality are very good. We are very satisfied, but a wider swing angle would have made this even better.

Cartridge failure after only 3 years

I live in a hard water area, but even so I have never had a cartridge fail so soon. Does the lifetime warranty include replacement cartridges?

Stupid design - lever is horrible

The lever is designed in such a dumb way. Can't move it left or right until you lift it straight up, at which point it operates like a joystick - tilt it left (hot) or right (cold). Only travels a few inches and doesn't adjust smoothly so the difference between all hot and all cold is minimal and hard to set. This also means that you once you do find a good temperature, you can't easily return to that temperature again. So dumb!

This faucet is fabulous! Stylish and has the spray setting features needed. I especially love the finish that doesn't show water marks. The low profile arch is perfect, especially for the new deep sink designs, and with a window behind my sink it fits better than the goose neck design did.

Overall okay

The faucet was installed by a licensed plumber, but since day 1 of using the faucet, if I didn't turn the faucet off from the cold side, the faucet would drip/run. The plumber came to double check all connections and said it was all good. Not sure if anyone else has had the same problem but it is rather irritating.

Design Flaw-Buyer Beware

The design on the handle makes it almost impossible to get warm water. They only have 2 positions for the stop, Left-HOT Right-COLD, no center for full range of the handle. I would not buy this faucet.
