I gave online order and received some blinds and it is not allen + roth company products. some scam is going on.

These blinds look great and function beautifully. The fit is true to size and we love that we can open the blinds top-down or bottom-up. And, the price could not be better!

Retracting Mechanism Failure

We installed the non-blackout cordless honeycomb retractable shade in the brown color on 4 southwest facing windows in our winery. This side gets intense afternoon sun. After 3 years the shades will no longer retract except for about 12 inches. Love these shades for there sun blocking capability and for our winery they still function as intended but intense sun seems to have zapped the retract function out of them.
