Excellent toilet
All I ask is that a toilet have a decent water level and flush one time. This is my second Cadet Pro since we were so pleased with the first one we bought last summer. Amazing how my simple wants are so hard to find. Nothing fancy, just do the job it is designed to do. 10" rough creates a bit of space between the toilet and the wall. Perfect.
Horrible experience, do not buy from this retailer
This toilet got delivered to my apartment while my contractor was working on the kitchen. By the time he opened it to install it, we realized it was delivered broken! I discussed it with Hayneedle and they wouldn't take responsibility for it. I was very disappointed with Hayneedle, poor way of doing business. Over $350 thrown away.

Great product performs perfectly
This has been installed one year and it continues to perform perfectly. It flushes everything, using very little water and much quieter than our previous toilet. Also the additional height has been enjoyed.

This is the first toilet that flushes so well. No left residue.
Great Product
There were two things of concern when we installed what here in San Diego is called a "low flush" toilet. (1) Would it clean the bowl of solid waste everytime and (2) After a year or two would our sewer line become clogged because there wasn't enough push from the lesser amount of water being used. The Cadet has been installed for three years now and has performed in an excellent manner. We are most pleased with it.
