This rug is a very good quality and is just what I wanted. It is holding up great! It blended perfectly with the other items in the room - the spread, the curtains and the sheets.

This is just a lovely, cozy area rug. There times when I like to lay down and watch tv, or stretch on the floor. This rug is so soft and comfortable. I've been known to fall asleep on it. Feels wonderful under my feet and everyone comments how nice it look.

Classic Cozy

Purchased for a bedroom as a runner at the foot of a king bed. It's sublime! Dogs absolutely love it and we love it. Very cozy underfoot. Purchased because it meets my criteria for biodegradable, all-natural fiber and is machine washable while being ultra luxe and classic modern design. Shipping was very fast. Highly recommend!

This is a coarse wool. I like the look and texture some people won't. It's not a pretty rug per-say , it's messy looking. But that is a true shag wool rug look.

Beautiful Shag rug

I absolutely love this rug. I'm using this under my white, silver and glass dining room table with white chairs, it's more of a shag than flokati look. Still it is very nice, and will complete a great look in any room I place it in.

Great for my space. Definitely invest in a rug pad and wire brush. Take your time fluffing and brushing, and you'll be happy

If you like sheepskin rugs to keep your feet warm, you will love this rug! My dogs think I bought this for them, and they love playing on it!

We bought this rug in a dark grey color. It is beautiful! The pile is long (shag). Feels nice on the feet. You will need a non-slip pad underneath if this is placed on a hard surface so it doesn't move around.

Lousy - Bare Spots Everywhere!

This rug is so thin and bare in many spots. Horrible!!!!!

It did not look like the picture. To be fair, there are probably directions on how to fluff it, I did not feel like being bothered.

True Flokati

In my case this rug is exactly what I wanted! We had flokati's growing up that my parents got in Greece, so this was a nostalgic purchase for me (even though I went funky and got lilac). It was a great addition to my living room. Really warmed things up and pulled it together. If you don't want to deal with shedding or having to shake it, maybe get a different type of rug. This is just part of it. Sort of like getting a dog, if you don't like slobber maybe get a cat, you know? I don't think the negative reviews on this product are fair at all because if you are going to spend that type of money, it would be in your best interest to do the minimum investigation and know this going in.

Lovely!

Wanted a beautiful, cozy atmosphere for my life coaching clients. This was perfect! Buyers just know it is natural (my preference), not the more fluffed and soft look, but instructions indicate it can be brushed out if desired. I just prefer the more natural look. Would happily recommend!

Do not recommend

If you order the mint color, please know the rug you actually receive is more like LIME GREEN. The quality of the rug is very poor as well. I'm highly disappointed.

Color not acurate

I ordered a mint colored rug and the color that showed on the order was a light blue. What I received was closer to lime green. Though they reimbursed me the price of the item I had to pay for shipping which is wrong in a case where the seller was misrepresenting their product.

It's perfect for my college daughter's bedroom...she did a minimalist farmhouse look...it added some extra warmth and layering with a great color!

UGLY

This rug is not a good option. Lots of lose hair and in general not very nice

Not a good idea if you have pets or allergies

I loved this rug for about a month until I realized that I will never be able to get my dog's tan colored hair out of a black high pile flokati rug. I was so sad! The quality is beautiful but it is very hard to get any type of lint or trapped hair out of the rug. I even tried brushing it out a lot with a carding brush but it barely did anything. I think under a different set of circumstances, this rug would have worked out for me but I love my dog too much to choose him over this rug lol. I think for now, I'll stick with some smaller sheepskin rug pelts. Those are 1000x easier to clean and they don't require cleaning nearly as often. There are a lot of high quality faux sheepskin pelts as well.
