This rug is luxurious and glamorous. There is nothing cheap about this rug. It is fluffy and easy to get any stains or marks off of if that happens. It is like laying on a pillow cloud of pure whiteness. Well worth the money. I would recommend this to anybody that is not sure.

Color

The rug is very soft but the color isn't at all what I was expecting. It was a lot lighter than pictured, more lavender than purple, as the picture makes it look. However, due to the costs to return it, shipping and re-stocking fees, and the difficulty it would be to package it back up, I decided to keep it and make it work.

Poor return policy

this is a 3X5 area rug without any non-skid backing on it. I'm sure this fact was hidden in the fine print, but I didn't see it or I would have never bought this rug. When I tried to return it, I was told that there would be a $33.00 shipping cost, almost as much as the cost of the rug. I will keep the rug and find some way to keep from breaking my neck walking over it, but will never buy from online Walmart again.

Safavieh Indie Solid Shag Rig

The rug looks gorgeous and flattens nicely but I am returning it because of the harsh chemical odor. It’s been nearly a week and the smell is still awful. I am replacing with the Safavieh Milan shag. I have the Milan in another room and no issues with smell.

Great product!

I bought this 5x5, dark brown, solid color rug to go between two patterned rugs. I like that it blends with my dark hardwood flooring. It is thick and sturdy with vibrant color. My son's 15 year old friend blurted out, "Wow. That's a nice rug." the first time he stepped on it. Very pleased with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this.

It's not bad at all, just not what we're looking for

The packaging wasn't intact so part of the white rug got quite dirty. The material is okay, it's a decent quality and thickness. Were just looking for something much softer & plush so we're returning this one. . . UPDATE: Return process is true customer service, the product didn't work so I'm returning it & getting my money back. End of story, yay! (This is totally unlike my experience with Wayfair today, who offers "free" returns but they're not free! The customer pays return FedEx shipping!) Thanks Houzz, keep up the excellent work!

Super soft, modern and stylish rug

This area rug is a really soft shag in a cooler tone of gray that would work well in a variety of spaces. Because it is so soft, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a high traffic area - I'm concerned the super soft fibers would easily trap dirt and may not stand up to high traffic. However - it's luxuriously soft for a bedroom and I really enjoy how it looks. It arrives rolled up tight in heavy plastic wrapping. Takes a da or two for the edges to not roll up, and you will need to run your hand over the fibers to fluff them up right out of the package. The results are worth it though. Really adds a pop of rich texture to any space.

Indie Shag Gray 4 ft. x 6 ft. Area Rug

I recieved this Indie Shag rug in the grey color. This is a very nice shag rug with a 2 inch pile. Very soft and comfortable especially on your bare feet. I layed this rug in our bedroom to be sure to enjoy the softness on our bare feet. It's made of polyester synthetic material. It is recommended that you not expose to sunlight because the color will fade. The rug arrived rolled up in plastic and well protected. To get the creases out for you to lay it flat you will need to lay it reverse for a few days. Worked out well.

Very close to what I was looking for

I wanted a very plush, tight woven shag rug in black. This one comes very close to being just what I had in mind. I would like it to be a bit more thick in the number of strands as well as have just a bit longer strands. But, it is very soft. It is black but not a solid black; there is some definition of color as light hits it from various locations--sometimes almost looks as if there is a lighter strand or two in the rug, but all strands are black. I am hoping that it will wear well and not mat down with use. It does seem to be well made; time will tell.
