I bought 6 of these in 2 sizes for the new house I'm building. My husband swapped one in place of the cheapo light we had in the laundry room to test it out and my, what a difference! I plan to use the larger ones in the mud room and laundry room, and the 3 smaller ones in some short entry halls from the garage. - I would actually rate this about a 4.8 just because the shades are plastic, not glass, and because I feel that they're just a little bit overpriced. Still, they look good.

Great LED fixture

We purchased this light for our kitchen and it is perfect. Lots of light but not too bright. We replaced a fixture that had 3 60 watt bulbs and find this unit provides plenty of light and is much more attractive.

The light is very easy to install and is extremely bright. The only thing I didn't care for is the fact that the cover is a thin plastic material and I'm afraid it will get distorted in time. The big plus about this light is the fact that there is no bulbs to change and it uses very little energy to run. Overall this is a nice product and I would recommend it.

Very bright with a pleasant light to see colors as they are. I have this light installed in my dressing room and it is excellent. It is way up on the ceiling occupying little depth space on an eight feet ceiling. The light comes from all around and there are no bright and dark spots as when you have multiple bulbs. The installation is easy on replacing an existing light.

Bright Basement

I am very happy with this light as is is very bright! To give you an idea, it is brighter than my old fixture that had two 100 watt standard light bulbs in it. Also I know for a fact that it is well made, as I immediately dropped it 4 feet and did not damage it. The leds are fused to the fixture, so there is no replacing a bulb here. Someday when it goes out, the whole fixture will have to be replaced. The diffuser cover plate is made of durable plastic, but when installed on the ceiling it looks like glass. Installation was a snap - just your three typical wires (black, white, ground), screw the fixture to the ceiling box, and slip the diffuser on. Probably took me a total of 15 minutes, including removing my old fixture.

We used this LED fixture to replace a 40+ year old fluorescent ceiling mount. The 3000K model was selected for the family room. Installation was straightforward and the instructions were correct and easy to follow. An LED rated dimmer was then installed replacing the toggle. The dimmer worked well and is highly recommended. A second LED fixture of the same model was added to the same family room. More than enough light is provided. Lighting is evenly distributed with the diffuser, a concern at the beginning with all the individual LEDs on the panel.

Bright and Brilliant Fixture

I purchased two for my business and they have transformed the space. They look expensive and have a very modern antique bronze finish. I highly recommend this item. They were quick to install as well.

Only Lasted 12 Months

I had this led ceiling light installed by an electrician. The light from this fixture was a bright white and it lit the room well though it did not lend a warm tone to the room. Being an LED I was expecting many years of use but rather than lasting 15 to 20 years the fixture failed after 12 months. This is hugely disappointing as I cannot change out a bulb but must install a whole new fixture.

Nice light with minor issue

The light is nice and bright. The only issue I found is the circuit of LEDs is small, but the base is so large that it sags around the edges.

Ordered 12/20/2014. Received 1/5/2014. I know there were holidays between those dates, but the lights were in stock. Slow. Good price though. Lights are just as expected.
