Great All Around Purchase

We love this bookshelf and would recommend this for any family with young children. Our two year old daughter is an avid “reader†and this is her favorite spot to visit in our playroom. I imagine, based on its height, that she will be using it till about five years old or so. No problems with assembly or quality and love the bottom bins for arts and crafts and puzzle storage.

Perfect Addition to the Nursery

I was searching high and low for a front-facing bookshelf to house all of the baby books we received at my baby shower. The nursery colors are pink and grey and this matches perfectly! The price was great, especially for the quick shipping, and assembly was simple! The pockets are not as deep as expected but it actually worked perfectly for the smaller sized kids books! The quality is great, the look is great , and the fit is great! My husband and I are very happy with the purchase!

useful bookcase

It worked well for what we needed.

Terrible quality for the price

"Manufactured wood and other materials" is what the description says. Nowhere did it say cheap plastic veneer which is what it is. Out of the box the veneer is peeling off. I removed one of the labels on one of the pieces (there to correspond with the directions) and the little round dot pulled the finish right off. The assembly wasn't difficult except for the thing feeling like it was going to fall apart before I got it together. You need a hammer to get the dowels in. It's not drilled properly. It's really junk, but will serve its purpose in the short term.

Little extra work and blemishes

Only 1 of the 4 screws in the base actually screwed in to the pre placed anchor. I had to drill the other 3 opening down a little bit in order for the screws to grab hold of the anchor. I don't know if it was damaged during shipment or it came that way from the seller, but there were quit a few blemishes all over it despite it have styrofoam and each piece wrapped individually in the box.

Bookworm sling

My only complaint is the huge price jump from the similar ones that don't have the storage bins underneath. It's about double the price. I would see a $70-75 price being more reasonable for it. The only reason I splurged on the extra cost is because I received a gift card at my baby shower & the colors match the nursery perfect. Also wish it had 5 shelves for just a little more book storage & height.

Sling Bookshelf

I received my product yesterday opened it up an so far it was chipped on one of the wood pieces (pretty good size chunk that came off) an I am missing the hex bolts, so not only was it chipped, I can't put it together and my closes Walmart is 45 minutes away.

Perfect size, great quality!

This bookshelf was very easy to put together and is very sturdy. It fits a ton of books and even the baskets underneath are made well. I am so thrilled with this bookshelf! I wish this review area would allow me to post pictures of it in use because it looks amazing!
