So far, so good! Grandkids love it! I was a little skeptical of the quality based on other reviews, but it’s held up through some pretty rough play with big boys ages 4-10. Fingers crossed it continues to do so; however, I do try to remind the kiddos to be kind to the goal. We’ll see how it goes. lol

Packaging and shipping issue

It’s a amazing product I let my son play on it for a lil bit he loved it, had I not he’d would’ve been super disappointed if I just boxed it back up, it’s just that it came with defects. The rim has a dent and the part that keeps the height of the level of the court intact has damage where it won’t allow the court to stay up the piece that lock in won’t stay in place.

The rim on this does not work well! After a few times playing with this hoop the rim just bends when barley touching it

Great hoop

Sturdy But Has An Issue

The goal was easy to assemble and it’s sturdy. The issue it has is with the breakaway rim. It came with a very lightweight ball that our dog bit a hole in a week or two after we got it. The kids started using a small regular basketball to shoot. Every time the ball hits the rim, whether it goes in or not, the rim collapses and flops down. It seems to be made to fold down too easily with very little pressure. If you only use the lightweight ball it works okay. I ordered replacement light-weight balls but imo it should be made so it takes a lot more pressure to fold the goal down - or preferably not have that feature at all.

It grows with him is what I love about it and it is huge.

Not happy

Little Tikes missed the mark on this one. The hoop won’t stay up. Kids like to dunk. It’s impossible with this one. The net just falls down like you’re storing it away. After a few minutes they went back to playing with the one over the door. Total waste of money.

Little tikes has always equaled quality in the past for me. I’ve been buying their products for 35 years. I bought this basketball goal for my grandson to have at my house. The rim broke the first day. It will not stay up when he shoots the basketball. They don’t make them like they used to.

Many flaws! Don’t purchase

My son loved the smaller little tikes hoop for a long time and outgrew it so I purchased this for him. It has been a pain and useless. The net does not stay on. The hoop falls down and he can barely even play on it nor does he want to anymore and the height mechanism is poorly made and slides down all the time and doesn’t stay put. This is expensive and Little Tikes out to be ashamed not refunding ALL their customers for this garbage they let ride out to stores for kids with little hopes for a bigger and better hoop! I would have returned if I kept receipt or not let so much time pass thinking it would get “better” somehow or some way! Nope! Never going to happen! Do not waste your money or time with this one. Looks were deceiving for sure! I would give NO stars if I could!!!

Great product in theory, rim falls off

We bought this as a replacement for an older model. My boys loved dunking for a few months until the rim cracked off. Bought a replacement rim and now that cracked too!

Not the best Little Tikes

This rim has been broke since about a month of playing with a small toddler. No replacement parts so can’t even be fixed. Disappointed!! I have many little tikes toys and would recommend most of them. Keep looking for something else.

Frustrating

I'm disappointed that I asked for this for my son for Christmas. The rim doesn't stay up and the piece that is supposed to keep the hight raised keeps falling off.

This arrived in the box as seen in store so no additional cushion or care in transit as it arrived damaged/smashed and had to be returned. The little tikes logo on the backboard was glued upside down, even on the replacement item received.
