This rug looks beautiful but man it is cheaply made. Very thin rug...I will have to put something underneath it. Doesn't have any comfort or cush to it at all. But the worst part....the SMELL!!!! How did the reviews previous not mention this. I've never had a rug smell so awful of chemicals. Who knows what all we are inhaling. Won't every purchase a rug from this company again. It was so horrible we had to put it outside for days on end just to air it out, then baking soda, vinegar and ozone. Do not purchase this if you’re chemically sensitive or if you want a good quality rug.

This Artistic Weavers 5 ft by 7 ft area rug is very nice! Rug arrived in a well protected covering, which had additional protection on the ends. This is a modern looking polyester rug that has a medium pile construction. The rug itself has a nice soft feel on the feet and can go with any decor. I used a Dyson vacuum without any issue moving over the rug. This rug is also stain resistant and can be spot cleaned. I am happy with this rug and am now considering purchasing the 8 ft by 10 ft Artistic Weavers Rug. I recommend this rug, which will add a nice touch to any area.

Trick of the light?

I’m in the middle of a complete apartment refresher. Not a full makeover down to construction—just new paint, window treatments and accents in a mid century coastal theme. This rug definitely lightened the area when my floors were dark. It is nice but thin. Could use a rug pad. When my floors were painted lighter, the rug suddenly seemed darker—so lighting (natural and electrical) will play in how your rug looks. The neutral color goes well with almost anything. Great price.

Beautiful but chemical smell is unbreathable

The rug itself is very beautiful, soft, and true to photos BUT the smell is worst than I thought. I saw previous comments but I didn’t know it would be this bad. The rug is in my bedroom and I could not sleep in there last night. I have an air purifier running to get rid of the smell - yes it’s that bad. Whatever is being emitted from the rug is very strong (like chemicals). When I open my mouth I can taste the chemicals. This is very unhealthy. I will give it a few more days to see if it will go away, if not I will be returning.

Was really excited to get this rug bc of what all the reviews said that the gray blends well with other grays. Very true, nice blend of grays, not too blue not too dark gray. Has a nice off-white/cream color in the majority. The product smelled terrible for the first week or so and is now dissipating. Mostly disappointed because the rug is not laying completely flat, it’s still has rolled up marks and it’s laying under heavy furniture pressing/stretching it down. A little on the thin side for price you pay. Nice “cheap” rug for now with kids. Red crayon came completely out with resolve.

LOVE my new 8x10 rug for my bedroom! Was such a great price for the quality & size. Soft texture, low pile, easy to clean. Good for a high traffic area. The pattern is muted so doesn’t look too busy. Layed pretty flat right away, except at the corners that were on the inside of the roll. But just rested a heavy book on it & was flat the next day. I do recommend vacuuming and allowing the room to ventilate upon opening. There was a slight smell from the dyes & material, but its gone now. I definitely recommend it! So happy I made the purchase.

Its a very thin rug but it serves its purpose. I initially loved the color variations and after reading all the reviews before purchasing i decided with this one. Reviews said it was more of light grey and white tones but the rug i got has some beige tones in it. I notice that dependingnon which way you sweep the rug hairs the beige comes out more. Not really a fan of the beige tones but i didnt want to deal with the hassle of returning such a big item so decided to keep it. Thats why i gave it 3 stars. And it is on the more thinner side as well. My rug came with some weird line mark indentations. After vacuuming and runni g my hands throw the rug seemed to have blended in. My husband and I are so pleased with our purchase! For those trying to compare colors - our walls are SW Repose Gray, and we have a charcoal curtains and comforter, but our headboard is more cream/yellow-y than we wanted for the coloring in our room- but we didn’t want to get a new one. This rug pulls that in that cream color without adding too much yellow-y to the overall look. I really like the depth of the rug colors- the ivory is crisp, there are many greys and greiges, and the cream is minimal but still “there”. It is thin, but I knew that from the reviews and that doesn’t bother me. Would definitely suggest others to buy this rug!

Great rug for the price. I needed a large rug for under my dining table that was inexpensive, yet durable due to my jack russell constantly ruining my expensive area rugs. He loves to scratch at my rugs to the point of total destruction. After replacing 2 expensive rugs, I decided to try this rug so if it does become damaged by him, I am not out hundreds of dollars. It looks nice. It is not plush, but I knew that before purchasing it and was not expecting it to be. The pile is soft and low. No twist to the fibers, which also denotes a lower quality rug, but for the price, I am satisfied. It did have a slight odor, but most new rugs do, nothing crazy. It looks good and will hopefully serve it’s purpose. Arrived quickly.

This rug is soooo soft! I actually WANT to lie on the floor! However, it is thin, so I’ve ordered the Mohawk pad. The color actually is true to the photos online. I don’t know how easy it is to clean/vacuum yet, but in my experience, short pile rugs are pretty easy to clean. I am more satisfied with this purchase than I expected to be. Shipping was fast. Packaging was adequate. The rug seems to be flattening out pretty quickly. It does initially have that chemical odor that new things often have. It could be headache-inducing for those who are sensitive to strong smells. We’ve had fans going and the smell seems to be less and less (48 hours in).
