I spent ALOT of time searching for the perfect lamp post light and the minute I saw this lamp I knew this was the one. It arrived quickly and the way it was packed was incredible, no way this lamp was going to be damaged during shipping. It is even more beautiful in person then on-line. I love the design, and I did have a bit of trouble tracking this light down before finding it at ...

I love the design, and I did have a bit of trouble tracking this light down before finding it at Home Depot. With 3 lights and the clear glass in the fixture it is bright when turned on. My only negative comment would be that the color I selected (oil rubbed bronze) is just about black, not quite a match to other oil rubbed lights I have outside, but that was not much a downside and I determined to keep the fixture. A little pricey, but it was the style I wanted to go with other fixtures, overall I feel the quality and design are worth the price. Received comments on how nice it looks from our neighbors. Cannot comment on ease of installation as I had it professionally installed.

Beautiful light

Something that isn't evident in the description and might be helpful to know is how beautifully the light reflects in the glass of this post lamp post at night. It almost appears as though it is a brightly lit gas light. It is quite beautiful. We have Low voltage LED bulbs in the lamp. We absolutely love the look.

This fixture is gorgeous. It's huge, looks very substantial and classic. Linear look. I was very pleased as was my client. I would recommend these to anyone.

Love Traditional Lighting

This lantern is the one I have searched for years to replace the existing one that is now inoperable. It looks almost identical, with clear glass all around and the size is close to what we will replace. We haven't yet mounted it because we discovered the post also needs to be replaced, but I'm sure we will like the look and lighting. One caveat to my satisfaction, which I hope the manufacturer will rectify. To change a bulb will require a very tall ladder and will be awkward. There is no hinge on the lower glass to allow easy access, nor does the top glass portion separate from the bottom glass. The small top cap opening leaves only a small space to reach down into the lamp. I'm hoping the bulbs last a very long time.

Although the lift was if a good quality I was disappointed that installation instructions and hardware were not included. This was an outdoor carriage lantern which should have included the screws it at least the website should have advised it didn't incl There were no installation information ir necessary hardware to install the light necessitating several trips to a hardware store to obtain the necessary screws.

Product was exactly what I wanted and was identical to the on-line picture. The paperwork from the manufacturer was for a wall light and not a post light. Kristin, who assisted me on the phone was excellent! Personable and very helpful. The only con was my electrician said the light was designed for a metal pole and I have a wooden "pencil" pole but he was able to doe some cutting and make it work.
