Not good
This head puts out an irritating amount of water in a strange mist-like form. It is not for rinsing but it is also not relaxing due to the aeration added by the jets. Definitely a miss. I will be replacing it which is too bad for an over $500 shower head.
Feels Great
This Locarno shower head is awesome and feel amazing! The size is perfect - it has a large radius therefore showering you with a lot of water. The pressure of the water coming out of the head is nice and soft as well. Really great shower head here.

Received this product in the mail and I had my husband put the shower head on right away! This shower head is so amazing! It does not shoot out the water hard and has prefect pressure to it! We love it!

So soothing! The shower was easy to install. Feels and sounds like a relaxing rain. It provides all over coverage so rinsing off is quick. Everyone should have one. Now i need to get the correct pipe so it will be more level.
OBSESSED!
My fiancé put this up as soon as it arrived and after a long day at work, it was everything I needed! Washing my hair had become one of my favorite things to do again! As someone who has always lived with roommates, I'm used to the shower beating down on me and I guess that would be the one thing I miss. The pressure is perfect for my fiancé but I haven't gotten use to it yet. Upgraded another very important part of my bathroom and I am so happy with this upgrade!
Outstanding shower head!
This shower head is Fantastic! I never thought I could take a warm shower until I installed this. I have always had adjustable shower heads and always ended up leaving it on the largest spray pattern. The Locarno is like soft rain where you are entirely covered with warm water. I love it! Now I think I might be ruined for travel and hotel showers! Very heavy construction that will last many, many years. Installs easily. Totally recommend this shower head!
