Faucet did not have all the parts in the box. This is an issue we deal with all the time, where when items are returned to the store, they just put it back on the shelf for someone else to buy and find out it's missing stuff. Someone needs to carefully check to see if all the parts are there before they repackage and sell items. Extremely frustrating.

Im always happy with Hansgrohe products because their quality is really consistent. This design is super cool with the octagonal base and super sleek handle. Really like this design and collection, very different for Hansgrohe and they should continue to design a little bit more edgy products.
