Maybe they're not all this way, but this one bows in the middle, so it doesn't touch the burners evenly.

Quality, induction-compatible griddle

Overall, it's a really high quality carbon steel griddle. Perfect size to cover 2 burners on my range. Flat bottom means it works really well on induction (despite the description saying that it's not induction-compatible). Arrived well-seasoned and ready to use.

Fine for me. Wife said not up to snuff

It was exactly what I ordered, but the wife wanted a "better" one w/ 1 insulated handle that didn't need a mitt. Gee, what a surprise......NOT.

Great grille

This was bought for a gift to my son. We have owned the same griddle for a few years and is used weekly, the ends are dangled up to keep liquids in the pan while cooking, my favorite way to prepare protein .pan cakes can be made to the large size. We love ours and hope our son does also.

Love this pan!

This works great across two burners of our glass topped electric range - we can manage four smash burgers at once.The quality is excellent : pre-seasoned , thick carbon steel. I dont understand why anyone would ever use non-stick sinthetic coated pans with all the toxins they create and endocrine disruptors messing with people body chemistry as well as the environment

Brand name available, good quality

The griddle is warped, with a low point right in the middle. I planned to use it with my induction stove - it heats up great and is the perfect size, but is unusable on the stove because it will spin with the slightest touch. It’s going to be used for cooking over a camp fire, but that’s it.

It was the perfect size with a great finish for my induction cooktop. The downside is that it warms badly as it heats so that it does not lie flat.

I absolutely love this griddle because it is cast iron and it cooks a lot of food all at once. I have a big family so it is nice to be able to get everyone’s food out all at once !
