Would buy again

After years of using round pizza stones purchased this and wondered why I hadn't before. Excellent heat distribution, and perfect size for the electric oven. The handles help pickup this heavy stone, and appreciate it is actually high fired ceramic. Cleaning is ok, just need to treat it carefully. Highly recommend.

Love the pizza stone! Heats evenly for a great crust on the pizza. Like all Emile Henry products, it cleans up beautifully.

Best Pizza I Ever Had

Love my pizza stone. The crust turns out beautifully browned and crisp in the bottom. So easy to clean too.

Pretty

So it is beautiful of course as everything Emile Henry does… But frankly I haven’t used it but other than a platter if you will to serve hors d’oeuvres with, so I don’t have the experience of using it on the grill or with pizza… It’s a little annoying that I can’t get the sticky Sticker stuff off the center then I’ll have to work at before I use it anywhere else

Pretty with multiple uses

The first time I used this beautiful blue stone, it was not for pizza but for a charcuterie. It ended up being a lovely presentation. And, of course, it is a great pizza stone!

Cooks wonderfully. Even heating makes for delicious pizza. Very, very heavy but cleans up easily.

A great purchase

The stone worked very well for a crispy crust! We definitely need a peel, I wish that the pair were available...a heavy cutting board worked as a substitute, but not as well as a peel because of its bulk.

Gorgeous stone, meh peel

The pizza stone is gorgeous and works amazingly well. However, the peel is made of plywood, and the one I received is patched with filler wood because their was a knot in the slice of plywood. For the price I paid I was hoping for superb quality but it was more of a meh. I'll be replacing the peel shortly with one that's better quality.

Perfect Roaster

I love this pan. It’s very lightweight and it cleans up easily. Excess juices run off of whatever you’re cooking to the sides of the pan. It bakes salmon and roasts vegetables beautifully.

Great Addition!

Game changer for making pizza at home. Have used it once and was able to get the pizza crust the perfect doneness. Really enjoy having the pizza peel for ease of use.

This is a great way to get started making your own pizzas from scratch. Used this for the first time and it makes a great crust.

Practical and attractive

This turns out to be the exact thing I was needing to make my homemade pizza even better. The family agrees - the crust is much more authentically crispy now. It does stay hot and moving the pizza from the stone one must be careful but it was easy to clean once it cooled down.
