Nothing like item pictured
This rug looks nothing like the item pictured. When I contacted customer support to notify them of the issue and ask for a refund they were unhelpful. They told me I needed to make a claim with the manufacturer and took no responsibility. The manufacturer denied the claim telling me I photographed a different part of the rug which was untrue. The colors and quality of the rug are not as advertised. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

The actual rug I received looks nothing like the item pictured. I am extremely disappointed in the color and quality of the rug.
