Buyer Beware Loloi Teagan Natural Light Grey

Replacement rug sent was worst than first. Rugs Direct customer service is excellent. Problem is with Loloi quality control. They ship rugs folded in half and rolled with creases in them. Roll the dice if you order a Loloi Teagan 11x15 buyer beware!

Cool toned rugs

Great rug for the price. Beautiful pattern and soft. Colors are cool toned ivory and blue in the natural/lt gray version.

Perfect for a hall rug!

Pros: Great design. Colors are perfect. Even better than online. Came quickly. Flattened out well. Feels nice underfoot. It was exactly what I needed.

This rug has a very pretty design and texture. It is pleasant to walk on and my cat is enjoying a new place to roll around.. The color is not as expected. The natural/gray is closer to light gray/smokey blue..a cool neutral blend as apposed to the more warm toned gray/tan/ivory of the photo. The rug is very pretty and I will find a place for it..maybe the guest bathroom. Shipping/delivery was fast and problem free.
