I purchased this to add to a chair that didn't originally have a headrest so I had to drill holes but it works great like it should've always fit on this chair.

I like it, I'm happy but it slightly reaches my head. I'm 5'10" but its alright. I have low back or normal back chairs.

Good headrest but...
Headrest attachments in general are not very comfortable. I bought this to attach it to Aeron Miller chair. While I was able to attach it, generally I felt headrests are not so comfortable compared to your traditional big chairs that have high back that dont have headrest. If you have an ergo chair and need a headrest, this is a good option however dont expect a lot of comfort. They are stiff and not is comfortable for your neck.

I can't address whether this headrest works for the chair it was intended to go with. I bought it to see if it worked with a Bevco chair that has a place for a headrest but didn't come with one. While it doesn't fit that chair it does have some nice adjustment features. The fabric is a little slack which might work for some.
