Great chair that needed more packing.

Excellent comfortable chair but it arrived damaged, the other chair arrived just fine. The chair was loose enough in the box so that the leather was chaffed through. I returned it with no hassle and ordered another.

Dad deal

Returned this chair due to fact chair was being recycled after it was returned to OD. A part Arm Cap was missing , and replacement sent didn't match other three. Also wheels were all scuffed up. Decided not proceed any further with assembly. If chair was not previously sold I might have had a better review. OD was great handling return and I would not hesitate to purchase other products from OD.

Returned Chair

I returned this chair because it was previously purchased and returned to Office Depot. A part was missing( Arm Cap) and chair looked like it was assembled and slightly used. I received replacement cap but it didn't match. Therefore, I chose to return chair. But, OD handled this problem with no hassling. The manager at return store couldn't have been more helpful. I will not hesitate to order on line with OD again.

We purchased this for our newly appointed Vice President and he really likes the chair, it is comfortable and looks great in his new office.

Great chair for the price.

I've had the chair for about 3 weeks now and no complaints. I'm 6'4" and 240 lbs and use the chair 8 hours a day for work and it seems to be holding up just fine. The arms are nicely padded and the chair is supportive, it goes up

The product is ok. Wont buy it again though

Its a little uncomfortable. The chair leans forward too much.

Finish on wood could be improved. It is bonded leather, was printed on the box, not real leather.
