I placed this fixture in a bedroom mired with industrial and rustic features and loved the look that it gave the room. It has a 5 year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Westinghouse is a trusted brand and knows their products! Use a 60 watt bulb with this fixture. It comes with instructions and mounting hardware. Absolutely beautiful light!

This is a great looking ceiling lamp at an affordable price. I really like the retro look. Sure, it is designed to get the most "wow factor" with an Edison bulb (not included). I did install it with this new generation of LED Edison-like bulb and it does look very attractive. It definitively enhances my house and as it gives an industrial-retro-cool and would fit in any aspiring hipster home like mine.
