Damaged and missing parts

Sent damaged items with missing pieces. Walmart and company refused to send replacement items. Terribly boxed. Super difficult to return entire product. Would be a decent product if looked better.

COASTER DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER. DO NOT BUY

I received this bed with 2 DAMAGED RAILS. Contacted Walmart and COASTER directly all I wanted was replacement rails. COASTER SAID THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. Said RETAILER must buy warranty. The Retailer is Walmart ?????? This was explained to them I also contacted Walmart they said I HAVE TO RETURN ENTIRE BED TO GET 2 REPLACEMENT RAILS. %23%23%23 ARE YOU INSANE %23%23%23. I HAVE BEEN TREATED VERY BADLY BY BOTH COASTAL AND WALMART. I will never buy furniture online again from COASTAL. Very bad customer relations AND Walmart was no help either

Great bed frame. Will say that I don’t plan to buy another sleigh bed in the future. My daughter tends to try to sit on the end of the bed and it makes me nervous that it will break. I also don’t like how sometimes my feet with hit the end. But if those things don’t concern you then I think it’s a great frame and very pretty

Very nice

Wry nice bed. Sturdy and stylish all in one. Matches perfect with our dressers. Heavy headboard. Easy to assemble. I would definitely recommend it.

Sleigh bed looks great. The deep wood finish is elegant and looks like a high end piece of furniture. Relatively easy to assemble. Makes bedroom beautiful.

Bigger pieces look beautiful but I'll never know.

I never put this bed together. I called Overstock and the referenced number to the company they gave me for the required hardware back and forth for months before giving up. It's been almost two years thus you should look for a COMPLETE set with no missing necessary assembly parts. Don't waste your time on this. It's the only thing in my house new and disassembled (slaps head). Update: 4 years ago this week and still no missing parts, still unassembled. There is no one to get in touch with via Overstock or this company. Overstock referred to nonexistent producer and I feel like I threw my money in the trash honestly.

Worked great for making the room look more mature and helped stage a house for sale. Beware installing on length of screws, I cracked the headboard using thf wrong screw for the install.

Above avg quality bed

I would rate this bed is above average quality for the price point it is offered. Pros: - Styling is good - Finish is superior Cons: - Head & Foot board Legs are thin, it decreases the durability. It would have been better if legs are little more solid. - Bed slat holder wood is slightly delicate.

Beautiful

I love this sleigh bed. The color is perfect and the quality is good. It is beautiful in the guest room and was not that difficult to assemble.

Decent set for the price

Decent quality set and great for the price. Tolerances on the dresser aren't great and some gaps are uneven. They also don't provide screws for the mirror.

Weak legs

Broke the moment I put it together. Had to tape it up but i have been using it dor 3 years. But very pretty
