Feeling Gray

This table was not gray at all the way the picture looks. It is brown with nickle legs. The first one I bought was Nickel Gray- Steve Silver and it was the brown. Then I bought this one (gray/brown) because the picture looked more gray then the first one I brought. Two different tables, exactly the same brown color. The picture is deceiving so don't buy if you are expecting a gray color. The other disappointment was that I thought it would go over the arm of couch and it does not. Disappointed twice. Easy to assemble but not what I was expecting.

I chose “grey color “to match my grey sofa. On the picture, because the grey color option looks like a little white and Light brown, I thought it will be perfectly match grey sofa. Actually the color is grey and different from the picture( white /light brown ) . This item is easy to assemble. Even though look the same color like my grey sofa , still a decent piece for me. I like it. Just be careful when you choose the color you want.

Looks great, but wobbly

This is used for a end/side table by a couch. Because it doesn't take up much space, it is perfect for having a spot to set small items. The only negative is the set up. It is incredibly wobbly when put together. Not everything matched up as designed. Had to use additional tools to tighten the table up. Otherwise, it is a good price tor this style table.

This table turned out to be better than expected. Easy to put together. Nice grey brown color. Feels heavy duty without big price. I would highly recommend this side table.

Great little end table for the right price.

Great little end table when on sale ($50 or under). Picked up a couple of these units a month ago when Target.com was running a $40 off $100 deal. Tables wound up being just over $30/each after the coupon and before tax. For this price or anything under $50 I would certainly recommend this table to anyone looking for a smaller end table with a contemporary flare in the design. The quality seems very good for the price I paid as the metal support structure is sturdy enough for the design (a bit wobbly on ALL types of surfaces if shaken (i.e. trains going by outside) but nothing that would cause alarm when using it as prescribed) and the top (which is much darker (more of a graphite gray) than the generic image shown as several other reviews have noted) is quite nice in both appearance and usefulness (as the top is a laminate it holds up well to liquid being accidentally spilled on it as well as making for easy to clean up). The only complaint I will make is that when the units arrived one table's base had rust on it which happens with these type of items just due to outside climate during storage and shipping. With that said, the rust was fairly easily removed using the proper cleaning solution without any permanent damage to the base but none the less I thought it wise to mention this in case other buyers experience the same as it is important to remove any rust as early as possible to prevent pitting and actual damage. Also important to note, since I saw a post by another buyer, DO NOT use this table outside or in any non-climate controlled area (i.e. garage, attic, etc.) where moisture is present as the metal is not meant for such use and will rust. Any furniture using exposed metal such as this should NEVER be used in such areas. Less

Multi use table.

Just bought my second one of these. This side table is great for chairs & loveseat to use for beverages, meals. When company comes I put it in the center of loveseat for company’s beverages. It slides right under loveseat, so doesn’t stick out or take up any room. Have one next to my recliner and I can swing it around if I want to use it for food plate. Great find.

For INDOOR USE ONLY!

We ordered two of these tables to compliment our patio set. The tables arrived in good shape and were simple to assemble. Unfortunately, they were not designed to withstand outdoor applications, yet the description did not specify interior use only.. Complaint #1: Although the description describes the tops as being wood with a natural grain, they were actually manufactured resin board topped with a vinyl coating that looked and felt like natural wood — in direct sunlight the vinyl bubbled and blistered unmercifully and rendered them unusable - we had to use a boxcutter to slide the bubbles to make the surface somewhat flat again. It's only a temporary fix, as well have to remove the vinyl coating completely and find a more fitting solution. Complaint #2: Also related to being outdoors. Although they are under a roofed patio and not exposed to weather directly, the chrome base began to rust after only a few weeks. As with Complaint #1, if we wish to continue using these end tables, we will have to address the rust. Less

Great table for the price

I really like how sturdy this table is. Perfect place to keep a remote or set a drink. The top has a rustic feel to it and the color is great. Easy to put together with a little muscle.

Color is darker than appears in ad and I wouldn’t say Gray/ Brown but more of a dark grey. Other than that its a cute little table. Easy to put together. It’s not the sturdiest but thats probably because I have it on carpet. All in all I would recommend just be aware of the color.

This is a nice, sturdy piece for the price. It was a little shorter than I expected (it doesn't reach above the arm of my sofa, as I'd hoped), so that is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, it was well packed and easy to assemble. I'm not sure why "brown" is in the title; this is a chrome base with gray top. Recommended for those who like minimalistic furniture or need to furnish small spaces.

Color description off

I wouldn’t call this brown. More dark grey and silver legs. Only issue is the the leg was bent on one side, making it very hard to assemble. Don’t know that the price aligns with the quality but it fits well in our space.

Perfect little tables!

I purchased 2 of these to go with a new couch, which is so long that I could no longer use the side tables that I had. We don't use a coffee table and I needed somewhere to put the remote caddy and our drinks, glasses, etc. The main reason I chose these was the ability to fit under the couch and over the cushions, which it does perfectly. When pushed in, they extend only 5 1/2" out from the front of the couch. There is probably a 3" clearance between the couch cushion and the underside of the table. The color is exactly as described, a very dark piece of driftwood. One of the bottom corners of the table portion had a incredibly sharp point to it which I dispatched pretty easily with a nail file. (carefully) We chose to leave off the little clear "feet" as it moved around easier on the rug without them. If using on a wood floor, I would put them on as the screws on the bottom would probably scratch. I really like these, and you certainly can't beat the price. Less

I would purchase this product again

This table was the perfect size to put between to larger arm chairs. It's sleek and love the faux wood top. Faux wood is a little more brown than gray but still looks good with gray decor. One leg came with a broken hinge but was still able to assemble no problem.

Junk from Taiwan

Laminate particle board made to look like wood except it doesn't. It's utter junk. Poorly constructed. Poor instructions will cost you excessive assembly time & then you'll see the final wobbly & uneven product. You will then take more time to unscrew the whole thing & promptly return it. I found a better version of this thing cheaper & already assembled at another store.

Fits our need

We purchased these to give us a small table space so we could remove our large table. They work very well. It was a lot lighter color than expected. More gray then brown. They aren't the best quality, but with kids, it serves the purpose and looks good.
